Very much let down by the delivery experience
They use Royal Mail who made 0 attempts to deliver, just held the parcel at the (not so!) local sorting office that is only open 0800-1000 in the week.
Called Fat Face customer service and there was nothing they could do but wait for the parcel to come back. Emailed Fat Face a complaint and never heard back
I called Royal Mail and mysteriously the parcel turned up within half an hour.

Easy to order from the website. Kept informed of delivery date. Clothing is good quality. Like that some items are offered with short length.

Friends Birthday
The sandles were bought for a friend's birthday, she absolutely loves them and they have never been off her feet. She states that they are so comfortable to wear.

Late delivery to store

So much choice.
FatFace have a good selection of styles for men of all ages. Everything I buy for my husband has been of quality fabric and washed well. Even FatFace trainers are top quality and in a great selection of colours.

Fab Customer Service!
I went into the store looking for a birthday present for my good friend, and Sarah and Annabelle the lovely sales assistants helped me find a lovely jumper. The size wasn't on the shop floor so Sarah kindly checked the stock room and found the right size! I was also offered a gift receipt and the whole process was very easy. Fab customer service!

Long wait for delivery
I placed my order on 15th June and received a message confirming it was out for delivery on the 16th to the store. We are still waiting for the order on the 22 June.

I went in to Newcastle and picked up my order of white bee pumps in a size 6. However I opened the bag to find a totally different pair of blue patterned pumps in a smaller size. They had the wrong label attached to them. There were no more of the bee trainers as I supposedly got the last pair online in the sale.
