I absolutely love FatFace clothes
I absolutely love FatFace clothes - bought otter waterlily shorts for my daughter, giraffe shorts for my daughter in law. Two pairs of Skye skinny trousers in soft navy and soft gray. All perfect.
One jumper a little long - returmed easily at the local store to a really pleasant assistant. I cannot recommend their clothes and customer service enough.

Rugby shop a must to visit……
Absolutely love it so many gorgeous clothes and quiet often has different offers when I visit. Always have a pleasant experience shopping. Helpful and friendly staff. Great store.

A pleasant shopping experience..
Today I purchased a sweatshirt in the sale at FF, Elliots Fiels DShoppping Park, Lutterworth. The manager (Daniel) was very personable, and we discussed sport, tennnis, squash etc. A pleasant shopping experience allround. Many thanks.

Great service
Great service. Abigail gave clear guidance, having explored my needs in a top. She also suggested a colour she thought would suit me - it did! Georgia processed my items and she was professional, friendly and discussed future fashion options. Also my items were folded beautifully- not just shoved in an
Bag which seems to be the norm in other shops! The Store was very clean and tidy too. Lovely experience. Thank you.

During busy periods, orders are moving through our systems at such a fast pace it can sometimes cause stock levels to become inconsistent which meant that when our team in our distribution centre went to pick your order, they discovered items out of stock.
