Great service
They didn't have the size I wanted and offered to see if it was available to order. Ot was do I ordered it to the store for free and it came eithin 2 days. Great service.

Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately the article was not for me, but the staff in the local store were very efficient in processing the return.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Enjoyed 2 really great visits to Fat Face last week (Wimborne and Salisbury branches). The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. There was a lovely atmosphere in both branches and so many beautiful summer clothes to choose from.
Thank you Fat Face team, I’m looking forward to my next pay day visits!

Helpful mail order after sales in the shop.
Very friendly and helpful sales assistant at local shop. She dealt with my mail order return items there and reordered in smaller sizes for me. Deliveries were prompt.

Ordered two sale items online, picked up in Fatface store so no delivery charge. Staff in the store were very efficient and helpful. I tried on the items in the store. Such an easy process! I love the items, great quality and fit. I recommend Fatface clothing and shopping online with store free delivery.

Online order for store collection.
Ordering online was super simple for store collection. The only bit I was let down by was after 5 days I had no notification that it was in-store. I checked on the off chance that it was in and they said it was and they didn't understand why I hadn't been notified.

T shirts, socks and hoody were fab, jeans fit at first really well but loosen up and become baggy quickly. Shame as loved them at first.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Unfortunately you didn't have the bag in the colour I wanted so I had to order online. Second one of these bags I have bought, they are perfect size.
