Good service
I submitted my order and it was available to collect from the Waterloo store within 24 hours. Staff were helpful and efficient when I came to collect my order.
The items I ordered are good quality and fitted well. I was very pleased all around with the service I received.

Great service to receive at Waterloo station
I ordered a lovely dress online and got it delivered to the branch at Waterloo Station, where I have sometimes shopped in person. The member of staff was very nice, and I could try it on to be sure it fitted me before taking it home. Thank you for the service!
