Better links to information required …
Wasn’t sure why I was needing to join .. then when I joined I was expecting information about the event( York cocktail week) …
However it was just a picture and dates of the event.. so unclear what to do.
I was disappointed that there was no information or explication about the link to this service

Event details need to be checked
I recently purchased my Bollywood boat party tickets from Fatsoma. Initially I was unable to order more than 3 tickets in one go which was a problem as i didn't want to risk not being able to get tickets for everyone in our group. I called the organiser of the event and they were able to sort it out. The other issue was the ticket stated the party was from 8-12 and that there would be food available to purchase on the boat. Whilst it was a very fun evening with a good DJ etc. We party ended at 11.30 and no food was available. This was especially negligent as we had a diabetic in our group who needed to eat and felt unwell as a result. Whilst this issue is with the organisers, I believe Fatsoma share some responsibility to check event details are accurate before promoting them. We enjoyed the event but expectations were not met on these points which was disappointing.

Fatsoma does not organise the events that are listed on the site, we provide the technology for the people putting on the events to sell tickets. We don't set limits for the amounts of tickets that can be purchased, this is something that the event organiser sets when the add the event.
We're sorry to hear that the event organisers have let you down with this event.
Booking process super easy
First time using this to book tickets and it was a super easy booking process all done within about 3mins.
Looking forward to the event now.

Good times are coming!!

Typo error
I made a mistake booking a ticket made a typo error so couldn't access account contacted Fatsoma got it resolved..ticketmaster would not have helped..
