Loved what was being offered - the pricing structure however is bizarre. I understand that you will have limitations on the numbers you can admit to the venue but my friends and I were trying to get enough people together for the group rate - by the time we had 10, the message was that the group rate was "sold out". Yet the individual - more expensive - tickets were still available. This seems unfair and unnecessary.

It told me to download the app to get my tickets. I downloaded the app and could not tell where to find my tickets. It’s a good thing I had an email and at least had proof that I made the purchase.

Easy to buy tickets. Lost marks for ripping people off with ‘booking fee’ of £4.62 PER ticket. If I buy 1,2 or 10 tickets at a time that is 1 booking.
I expect no human was involved with the transaction so how can you justify nearly £5 per ticket for a computer generated transaction???

Tried this booking service for the first time with tickets to the Northern Soul Day time event in Fleet. Got in early for the cheapest tickets in the first batch and all went well.
Looking forward to the event now!

MY experience was straight forward. Ordered 2 tickets for June 6,2026 in Bridgton, Me.
I'm on a fixed income so the price was reasonable.

I’ve used Fatsoma a few times now and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The ticket buying process is quick and easy, and I like how clear event details are. Payments are straightforward and I’ve never had issues receiving tickets.

One improvement could be making the app/website load a bit faster during high-demand events, but aside from that it’s reliable and convenient. Would definitely use it again.

This was the first time visiting you with my wife and a friends. it was a nice compact venue with a good atmosphere, friendly staff and what great entertainment, MS Housley and the Northern Cowboys were great and Kier was absolutely lovely!

Thank you for making the night a speacial one for us, due our age, we dont get out much but found the staff hepful in recomending beverages. I have a back which is troublsome and seating was very limited, we were provided with a stool to sit on which helkped greatly.

thanks agin for a grand night out, on leaving wy wife said she would love to come again and expirience some new bands to us!
