I found the service and website very professional and helpful.I have accounts with other FX Companies BUT FX Exchange provided a first class service. The website and links are exceptional.

Helpful, friendly staff who explain what could be a complex issue in easy to understand terms. I was happy with the rate I got on the day and the transaction was processed speedily and efficiently.

Thank you Mike Abbott from FC Exchange for such a professional service you provided. My money was transferred from Australia to the UK and then on to my Irish account in a speedy transfer and I bought my car and paid my new home deposit straight away. I can now look forward to settling in to a new life in Ireland. Your rate of exchange was the highest I found, giving me a great deal.

Excellent service, I was selling a property in France and they did all the paper work with Notaire to save me the trouble. At all times treated me with respect, in spite of my senior years. I would certainly recommend them and will be using them again in the future, as they went the extra mile for me.

I wasn't 100% sure about transferring a sum of money over to Australia for travelling and working, however this company made it extra easy and quick. Speaking to Charlie from the beginning of the decision made everything so much easier and made me more confident. He talked me through each step and kept me updated as to where my money is each day and when the transfer will be complete. Very friendly and very helpful service. Once we had established our joint account, all ran extremely smoothly. Once you have arranged your money transfer you can relax and leave it to be completed.

The currency exchange was concluded and in my foreign bank account within a few hours of my call. I have used other currency exchange companies in the past but these were much slower and did not provide as competitive a rate as FC Exchange. I will now use FC Exchange for all future exchanges.

FC Exchange was recommended by a colleague that often use the service. I had to transfer money to my South African bank account and was therefore a bit sceptic about the process. After receiving the first email from Mr. Neil Poyton I knew I was in good hands. He also recommended the timeframe which I should consider transferring my money in order to get the best rate. Not even two days later the money was in my account (from my US account) which is 3-5 days quicker than what I usually have to wait.
Neil and the entire team could not have been more helpful and I thank them for this. Look forward to contacting them again in the future.

From my first enquiry I had personal service from one account manager and all communications were professional and efficient.
Although I was assured there would be no intermediary bank used and therefore no extra charges for my international transfer, Barclays (FC Exchange's bank) decided to use an intermediary bank without informing anyone and charged me extra fees. FC Exchange immediately remedied this and reimbursed the charges, giving me a genuine apology and comprehensive explanation.

So although there was a glitch on behalf of Barclays, FC Exchange dealt with it quickly and confidently, and I will be very happy to use their services again.
