FC Exchange lived up to their promise: the deal was RAPID, efficient and a reassuringly simple process to follow. Did I mention they were attentive too. What a refreshing change from the High Street banks. Will definitely use these guys again.

I was inexperienced with transferring money from Australia to the UK, FC Exchange were helpful and patient and explained everything I needed to know. The rate was competitive when compared to the banks and the process was quick. Will use again.

My personal trader Ben Amrany was brilliant throughout our buying process giving plenty of detailed information over a period of a couple of months. When we had to move quickly sterling at the time was volatile and quote given was the best, although I made the mistake of ringing round other companies like they tell you, all companies will tell you they can beat each other which they probably can by a small margin. But as the value of sterling was going down at the time the quotes were getting less and less. By the time Ben and I spoke again to confirm a trade sterling had gone down further so I missed out by about £1500 which was disappointing, but no fault of FC Exchange, it was a gamble at the time. I would recommend this company.

Transfer was easy especially with online form filling. No scanning no post. Would e recommend.

First time I have used FC Exchange after using another [unnamed] foreign exchange broker. My experience was excellent. Pretty trouble-free in filling out the paperwork which is fully e-mail driven. Staff are helpful and the foreign currency to my son arrived quickly with no problems. I would certainly have no trouble in recommending anyone to this company - compared to your own bank, where they cant seem to be bothered to quote you a rate, its easier, less hassle and more competitive.
