Wish I could give 0 stars. Very rude and stuck up, make a conscious effort to look down their nose at tenants. Kate in particular is exceptionally rude. Have had viewings turn up which we weren’t told about, then the agent told the prospective buyers that we had been given notice to leave in front of us, which I had to to correct her was incorrect. Never told when viewings have taken place and then treated with utter rudeness when call them to ask if it’s been done. Would avoid the Daventry branch like the plague.
