Ordered two essential pieces on 12/20/23. I paid extra for one day expedited shipping. Here it is 12 days later and still no shipment. I have emailed several times with support and all you get are very generic responses such as due to heavy order volume they are delayed. And due to their store policy orders cannot be cancelled. 🚩 should have known. But yet over the past 12 days I have received no less than 2 promotional emails from them EVERY day wanting people to buy from their site. Why?! When you cannot fulfill the orders you currently have. ZERO stars. Never again.

I would give a 0 if I could as well. They sent me the wrong size and that told me I was inelligible for returns on their website when I put the order in the day after I got the sneaker. There's no phone number to call so that you can actually speak to a real person so once they have your money you're screwed

If I could give 0 stars I would.. terrible company to order from for the holiday season. Ordered sweatshirts for my son 12/15 still no updates. I’m checking the site constantly and my order still hasn’t shipped despite me paying for express shipping. The site says 48 hours but it’s Christmas Eve and my son will not have the hoodies he asked for due to poor customer service and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..

If I could give this company a 0, I would. I was 100% scammed by them. I placed an order on Nov 29 (was charged at 4am...which was sketchy already) and now on Dec 20th I have yet to receive anything. I reached out multiple times about the order and only got generic messages back like 'our system is slow, order volume is huge, it will be delayed.' horrible customer service and you SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM.

Taking Loans from Customers
Another company taking loans out. They ran a promotion, I placed an order and they fully charged my card then waited 4 days to cancel without reason. Not only that, but refused to give me a new code to use on an item in stock. Reported to the BBB.

WORST SHOPPING SITE BY FAR
I bought the NOCTA Air Force 1s November 25th . Until this day i have NOT received a tracking number nor a response to them giving me atleast site credit matching the order total for their delay / inconvenience. It’s almost Christmas and they still behind on getting people there items . And let’s not speak on their BS REFUND POLICY

I would give them a 0 but I can’t DO NOT ORDER from them they customer service is trash. They sent me a kids medium and do not want to return or give me my money back. They make fake policies they policy haven’t been updated since October 2021, but they were seeing you a fake policy that they just made up to not give you your money back so whatever you do do not order from this website

I would give 0 if I could. The only way to contact them is through email and they do not respond to you. I only have been able to get in contact with them through chat box but that option isn't open right now. I ordered an Essential jogger pants and shirt for my daughter for Christmas. I received item today it's way too big I went to fill in an order return and the clothing I just bought is not eligible? How is it not eligible the items weren't on sale it wasn't on clearance special release nothing that's in the return policy. I can not stress this enough DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Do not buy from this company, there return policies are awful, there’s so much fine print about returns. I made the mistake to buy a sweatshirt that was to small and because it was on sale there is no exchanging no returns, I’m out $153, I have a sweatshirt I can’t wear, I would be ok if I had to pay for shipping return, but was notified by them by email there’s nothing they can do for me.

Will send you dirty, torn, dented, marked up merchandise and then force you to take 10% refund to get you to keep items. Customer service is atrocious.

Here it is Nov 17th and i still haven’t received a tracking number or anything i emailed them and first they said sorry for delays because of the sale it could take longer i email back again for my money they said they could not do a cancellation due to the order being processed in the system now i have to hassle for my money back and try to stop my payment i will never order from this site every again this site is a joke
Feature.com is bad business
I ordered a pair of Dunks from Feature last month, they took $136.55 from my account on October 26th, but I still have not received my shoes. They emailed me that they are backed up because of a lot of sales and don’t know when I will get my shoes. I asked for a refund and was told that I can not get one. THIS IS REALLY BAD BUSINESS, and I will never deal with them again!!! I filed a dispute with my bank, PNC, but they told me that it could take 90 days.Thank you for social media! I can post this everyday to warn other people about Feature.com and PNC banking!

Order never confirmed after charged
Placed an order for two hoodies on November 1 and haven't received an order confirmation or a reply after I emailed them with an inquiry as to its status. Never again. I'm going to have try a stop payment. I don't appreciate the hassle.
