The session was great, and I can feel my muscles worked! However, be aware of the costs and fee setup if you decide to sign up. I signed up for a 2-week trial, but it turned out it wasn’t. The person at the venue made a mistake and tried to return the money to me. I contacted customer service; it wasn’t easy, but I managed. However, I was told I would have my money back. Some weeks went by, and the money never made it to me. Six months later, after countless communications with this guy “Joe,” the money owed to me was never returned. They are lucky to keep my money! It’s a shame because I enjoyed the session, but I won’t go back. I’ll stick to the gym and workout class instead.

Update:
I returned the undergarment that I never used. I communicated with 'Joe' via email, and he stated that once the undergarment was returned, I would receive my refund. Obviously, I never received my money back! So, did I pay your fees for nothing? I have sent many emails, but I never received a reply. It's strange that 'Joe' has suddenly disappeared off the face of the earth! I wanted to ensure that you provided clear instructions and explained the setup fee, etc., with a visual explanation sheet or something similar so that we can understand clearly. Being deaf, I prefer visual explanations, if you understand what I mean. I hope this will help you be more aware.

I attended for free trial with Adam in wilmslow. The session was really beneficial with everything explained in a positive way, the workout session was suitable for my fitness level. Unfortunately due to financial commitments not able to join at present but if joining fee ever has offers and sign up terms were less like 2 months instead of longer then this maybe something that coukd work.

My back has been hurting so Adam was great at recommending a different mode to help ease my back and suitable exercises to make it feel much better.

Plus point about Feel Electric is that we get to workout with different trainers, I do have two of my favourites, not going to lie about that…now I have to add another to my list of favourites…Rebecca, another amazing workout session, different workout techniques, she definitely pushed me and motivated me. I definitely felt the workout the next day or two maybe 3….lol

The PT’s are amazing, but the customer service is poor. I haven’t had a reply to an on-going query that I’ve been chasing for weeks

Phoebe is one of the best instructors. she is open for discussion for my best training routines to reach my goals of fat burning. she is very caring . i enjoyed todays session and looking forward for more .

This was week 2 for me and my second session - I am already seeing results and I can’t wait to see what more I can achieve in the next 2-3 months. Trainer is awesome, facilities always very clean and the work out is hard but super fun. I am so happy I made the decision to join this program.

Moved to Wilmslow last summer and gym hunting was a bit of a mission. Either sketchy leisure centres or posh boutique places that made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, a couple of people around here pointed me to FeelsElectrics, specifically recommending Adam.
Been doing a couple of sessions a week, tweaking my diet, throwing in a few runs, and I'm actually seeing some pretty awesome results. Adam's a blast to work with—super tuned in and makes every session a good time. Now, not only am I feeling good about my weight, but Adam's mixing things up, targeting the areas I want to tone up.
And their website is a lifesaver for bookings and last-minute changes. It's just easy
All in all, working out with Adam at FeelsElectrics has not only got me feeling confident but has made the whole fitness thing surprisingly fun and flexible.

Agreed on a series of appointments with me... before the first appointment they cancelled all of them. And preceded to book me in for 13 random appointments at times when I was not available to attend, such as times I was at work, taking my child to school or even away for Christmas. I had told them that I could only attend on the original dates, which were booked when I signed up.
I could not communicate with their customer services because their contact page on the website was not working. Not Electric.
They sent me 25 emails informing me of the new appointments which they had decided on. So I went on their site and immediately cancelled all of them.
Only to later discover that they were taking money from my bank account for appointments which I had not made, had not attended and had cancelled in any case before they had begun.
Absolutely no trust in this organisation and in any case no scientific evidence to show this does anything to improve health and certainly doesn't increase weight loss because the treatment is not aerobic.
Fly by night organisation.

I love EMS... I have a bad hip so this is great for me as you feel the benefits without having to move around too much. The trainers are lovely and the sessions only 20 mins. I have really seen and felt the benefits and cant wait for my next session... I would recommend to all fitness levels, and ages it is great

Really good actually pleasantly surprised, nice people and it hit the regions needed, only took 20 minutes too so really worth considering!
