Incorrect order received BUT all was corrected
The incorrect chair was delivered to me. After emailing them 3 times I still have not heard back from them. However when they wanted to confirm my order and try sell personalisation Amy replied instantly every time.
UPDATE:
After the review, I was finally contacted and Amy was exceptionally professional and apologetic for not receiving my emails. We sorted out the return of the chair and I received the correct one that was ordered. The chair looks sturdy and well made. I look forward to using it.
