They have excellent customer service. My package arrived damaged and every effort has been made to respond and they will be refunding. I could not fault them.

They added two bottles of mouthwash…
They added two bottles of mouthwash that I never put in my cart charged me for them sent them and I just got rid of them. I never use mouthwash. I don’t appreciate adding things to my basket without my permission and without noticing I paid for them so it’s too late. I don’t like the company. I don’t trust it.

Elemis Superfood… Luxury Experience
I'm addicted to Elemis Superfood Facial Oil, it's a great product. I'm new to Elemis and I will continue to use this skincare which offers plant extracts. The facial oil makes my skin supple and hydrates it all day long, just apply a few drops, and that's plenty. I use the Superfood Facial Wash as well. I'm very happy to discovered Elemis Skincare. I searched around and found Ferebe to have the best price. Also, fast delivery.

Very desapointed
Very desapointed. I bought the product and never received. The merchant sent to Florida and for some unknown reason sent back to the merchant. I called my bank and open a dispute. And also completed with Ferebe and then Ferebe gave me a refund. That was really frustrating.

Late Customer Service Response
I could not get through to customer service by phone, and by email it took 5 days on my First order. On my second order, I only recieved Half of the order. I have not heard back from them yet on my email.
