To clarify, the web check-in portal is managed directly by the ferry company. Sometimes, acceptance issues with reservation codes can occur due to minor typos (such as extra spaces) or temporary downtime of the operator's system. In such cases, the backup option is always to collect your tickets from the local port agent, as detailed in our confirmation email.
UPDATED: We hope this explanation clarifies the situation. We would be grateful if you would consider focusing your review on your experience with our booking service, as the check-in portal is a separate system. Sincerely!
I have tried to order ferry tickets for transport…
I ordered ferry tickets for transport to Sardinia on the website ferries.gr. There was no space for me under the option "trailers and caravans up to 9 m in length accompanied by a car" with actual vehicle lengths of 6 m and 2 m however, there was space for me under the option "vehicles up to 9 m in length". I don't understand...
Following Eleni Dermitzaki's advice, "Regarding your email below, please fill out the form at ferries.gr and send it to us so that we can make a manual reservation for you," I manually filled out the questionnaire on September 18th at around 4:00 p.m. (without knowing the price of the tickets) – AND today - 09.20.2025 I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY...
Perhaps I'll get an answer already next month or after the next, so we can go skiing in Sardinia... UNBELIEVABLE!!!
