This was first time which I took it I hope never need again. 1- we have camper-van (up to 5M) but we could not stay in it because of your tariffs or procedures I could not book it. 2- It has been delayed almost 1 hour. 3- we were ECO ticket passenger, I was thinking seats would be more standard seat like formal passenger seat instead of sofa style sitting groups like my living room. you bring people midnight till the daylight must sit on these terrible seats.

33 extra charge due to online booking
Online I choose car bigger then 4,65m and payed 45€. At the Boot at the port the guy charged me annother 33€ because we are driving a Ford Nugget which under 6m. The day before we askedhim about the prizes and he told us 65.online I could only choose car bigger or smaler than 4,65, or motocycles. He was angry that we booked online and charged us extra. That is not fair. Next time we will avoid this company

Easy but unsufficient booking
It was easy to book. I've got the tickets to download soon after I've completed the booking. Unfortunately, because the Ferries-gr didn't offer me the option to book a caravan, I had to choose car>4.25 m and had to pay 33€ more at the port.

After payment done I received învoire saying vehicul up to 6 m length.
I have a camper with 7,8 m long and 3 m high.
