I found that there prices keep going up, especially with popular items,every couple of weeks they put the prices up, I really like there products, but feel ripped off and the company is taking advantage of people who love there pets

courteous and speedy service, packaging is very good, food always arrives frozen solid. I find navigating the frozen dog food section a bit confusing, a comparison option would be useful. I acknowledge that not all meats are available all the time, but suppliers seem to change. My difficulty with having to change brand in my last order is, that the block of frozen food doesn't fit my containers, making defrosting awkward. My dog still loves it, that's the main thing after all. My cat does not like either the raw cat food, nor the airdried kibble. Not really a loss, as the kibble is used as training treats for my dog. I will stay with Fetch and hope my preferred brand will come back on line

I ordered dental chews for my dog which were out of stock. I received a phone call that day to sort out my order and was offered a refund or a different product. They were very helpful and lovely to deal with.

They provide a consistant excellent service and standard of product.

My two absolutely LOVE the chubs from FYPN! So much so that Monty (greyhound) starts reminding me it's nearly time for their tea and hour beforehand... you know, in case I forget to feed them 🤣🤣
The only reason I'm not giving 5stars is having not only to pay extra for cooling boxes, but you have to wait until you have 6 boxes before you can return them for a partial refund. Not great when you have limited space.

My order arrived so quickly! I ordered at 8pm Monday evening and it was here first thing Wednesday morning. My dog absolutely loves the Darf Cold Pressed food.

I've reviewed the range and quality of raw dog food previously and nothing has changed, it is excellent. For this order, there was an issue with the courier company. FYPN's were absolutely amazing. They contacted the courier company directly, arranged for the order to be destroyed as it was compromised and arranged a replacement order immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better service. They're fantastic!

First time leaving a review. Haven’t tried the food yet, ordered a sample pouch to try out since my girls is extremely fussy and she’s already going mad over the smell of the package (which arrived in 2 days) which is a good sign!
Saw some bad reviews about customer service and I’d just like to give them a 5 star rating. Accidentally ordered the wrong sample pouch, noticed immediately and gave the contact number a ring. A lovely woman answered the phone and was able to amend my order right there and then so thank you!
