go to your drs, it’s quicker. Had to get a test done for fertility treatments. NHS got the swab done quicker snf results back to me with identifying information faster than fettle. The results etc are done very quick but if you need identification with the results juts go to the drs. What a waste of my money!

Excellent service. I see other older revciews that aren't so good, but perhaps they've updated the service since then.

• Service
Book on a Wednesday, had tests on Friday. Sent (by my own expense) Special by 1pm, delivered to them Monday, got my results Tuesday morning. Nice one.

• Tests
Someone spent some time designing the clear, easy to use packaging with instructions and contact info. The pouches were pleasing to handle, and thought was put into this. (I mention because so many of the take-home tests are in multiple languages with tiny type, and almost impossible to understand). Well Done.

• Doing the tests
Could not have been more straightforward. The blood tests for me were not difficult as others have mentioned, but require some minimal attention. The swabs are illustrated and easy to do.

Again, results back literally the next day after they received them,

Sent my sample back on a 24 hour delivery slot, 4 days later Fettle claiming it still hasn’t been booked in. Now claiming it can take up to 14 days. Does this company actually understand it is dealing with tests that people urgently need the results for. Guy I spoke to over the phone was not interested at all. Very disappointing service!!

Said I would have results within 48 hours. Once purchased, stated that it would be received in 5 days. I immediately tried to cancel. No response. I tried again. No response. I finally received the package and called (having gotten the test done elsewhere) and was told I had to return the package and then call back. So three emails, one walk to the postbox and another email, all because they have false advertising.

I haven’t received my Fettle order. The SH:24 & Fettle Team offered to send a replacement if it had been more than 7 days since my order was approved. In order to send a replacement, I had to provide my details but my details were recorded incorrectly. They asked to see my ID in order to correct my details. I have requested a refund instead of a replacement and I’m waiting for the outcome.

Update: I got a refund.

Failed to deliver my contraception. No response to my emails and no refund!

The blood testing kit they have sent was impossible to use, nobody can draw that much blood [to fill a vial] from a pricked finger, most home kits have a piece of paper where you dab your finger and it absorbs those few drops of blood.
I have contacted the customer service asking for a partial refund as I also bought the urine testing kit (and that was fine), but I received no response.
