I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order. The watch I purchased as a Christmas present has not worked from the moment it arrived. I contacted about this, and I was told a replacement would be sent at the end of January due to a stock shortage.

Since the last communication on 4th January, I have received no updates whatsoever. I am now left out of pocket with a watch that doesn’t work, and no indication of when — or if — the replacement will be sent.

Got kids smart watch for son for Xmas. For first few days charged but only lasted a few hours. After a couple of weeks it generally wouldn't hold any charge at all no matter how long left charging. Emailed them and after a week they replied asking I send a video of the problem which was done straight away. No reply since despite 2 further emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Scammers.

I am only giving this 1 star as I cannot give it 0 which I would. We bought a watch for our son for his birthday and there was no way of charging it. We contact the company on the 9th January who responded saying to send a video of this issue. We did this and not heard a single thing back. I have contacted them now 4 times since and have been completely ignored. I want a refund and I want to process a return. I have tried to contact them many ways through their email and through their web portal and I have still been ignored!

Dear Customer Support Team,
I ordered two children’s watches from your company.
Unfortunately, one of the watches never worked from the start. I was advised that a refund would be issued, however over three weeks have passed and I have still not received the refund, nor have I received any response to my follow‑up emails.
The second watch also has multiple serious issues, making it unusable:

The time changes constantly by itself
The location tracker shows my child in completely incorrect locations, sometimes miles away
Step counting does not work
Sleep tracking does not work

These problems defeat the purpose of the watch and raise concerns about reliability and safety.
I am requesting:

Immediate confirmation of my refund for the non‑working watch
A resolution or refund for the second faulty watch
A prompt response, as my previous emails have gone unanswered

If I do not receive a response within the next few days, I will have to consider escalating this matter further.

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered an item that doesn’t even work in the UK (my mistake for not double checking). Once I’d realised this I contacted them straight away - I’d placed the order and within 3 minutes exactly I contacted to cancel the order.
They did not acknowledge this & sent the item anyway. I then contacted them a further 3 times to initiate a return for a refund but refused any communication. I contacted Klarna as that is the provider I paid through who then told me they were going to submit a return for a refund to which they also acknowledged the lack of communication from Fidgetz. I then receive an email from Fidgetz telling me their system has been down but can confirm the item had been delivered which I DID NOT DISPUTE - MY ISSUE IS NEEDING A RETURN FOR A REFUND!
I then go back to Klarna to further the complaint and get this sorted which once again they acknowledge the lack of accountability from the company.
Fidgetz refuse to provide a return address for the item, a refund for selling an item that can’t even be used in the UK or even so much as an email to acknowledge the fact they are a scam of a company.
They are being reported to Trading Standards to hopefully get shut down as to avoid any further people getting scammed.

*update, details found on Companies House. Turns out they are unlawfully trading due to being a dissolved company yet still getting payments. Reported both company and director as per public information.

Battery doesn't last more than 5 -6 hours if we only use it for a few quick calls ( 1 -2 min each) in that time. If playing games battery last 2 hours.
I am not offered a straight return as well.
Very disappointed because I explained to customer service that this is a gift from "Santa" to my child, but they don't seem to care.
I need another watch with longer battery life

No customer service so couldn’t return the watch I purchased, sent 5 emails and was ignored.
Since ordering have realised the website looks fake with Postive fake reviews.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Website is a front for their Amazon page. This was not disclosed before purchase.

I didn't receive my order, emailed and filled out the form on the website. There is no other means to contact them and their social media page has not been updated since 2022.

Most likely a scam as there is no way to verify the reviews

I ordered and paid for 2 Magic Cubes but only received one. I have emailed the company 3 times now, using both their email address and the contact form on their website but not received any reply or refund for the undelivered item!
