Excellent watch! We bought this for our 9 year old so she could walk to school independently with her friends. It was a comfort knowing we could check she arrived at school and that she could contact us if she needed to. Great customer service at KiDSnav too!

From start to finish the process was simple to order the Kidsnav watch. Delivered very quickly and well packaged.

My 10 year old son loves his new watch as it gives him the freedom of contacting us and his friends from his own device without needing a mobile.
For me, the biggest thing was being able to track my son when he is out and about and know that he is safe.

Build quality and performance of the watch has so far been excellent. There are a lot of premium features included for what really is a modest price for a smart watch. Would definitely recommend.

Bought kidsnav watches for both of my kids for their birthdays. So handy when they are out playing i can phone and track where they are . When they are at grandma's they can send me little voice notes and pictures also! Would recommend to friends and family !

I am not happy with this watch. The app works so slowly. I checked the GPS tracking; on purpose, my husband was walking with it around our house while we were on a phone call using his and my phone. The GPS didn't work 'in time'
Secondly, the battery life is just horrible. The watch has a really small screen, but the battery doesn't last even all day, even if the watch isn't used for video calls. Even it just lies on the table it consumes lthe battery!To be honest, it must be connected to the charger at night to use it all day, turning on during the daytime. The plan from EE demands you to top up every 60 days, even if you don't use it, and it is sold with this plan straight away. I don't know the other brands of this kind of watch, but I am really disappointed. Our device was repaired once because the screen stopped responding. After this, it is not possible to switch it off when not used to save the battery! I don't recommend this product. When we were in Poland for holidays it didnt work at all. I was in touch with ee and they said in their system was everything fine. So if you are gonna go with this abroad you can't use it. Waste of money!

Fantastic customer service. Sally was very helpful sorting out my troubles and she responded the same day to my emails. I am very happy with their service and the watch we had for years and out of use is back in function again. Thank you Sally!

Great little device. Great features. Works as described. Does what it says on the box. Phone feature is great as an added safety aspect for your child.

We’re really happy with the kidSnav watch. My son uses it and it gives us peace of mind knowing we can track his location when he’s out playing. It keeps us connected and reassured, and he finds it easy to use too. A great product for parents who want that extra layer of safety and communication with their kids.

Brilliant watch and perfect to allow children that little bit of independence. Ideally would like the GPS to be a bit more ‘live’ without having to refresh the location which can take a bit of time. Great being able to video call and send messages.

The item was sent very quickly and for this price it is great quality kids watch, great for phoning the child when away and checking where the child is at the moment. The only thing, 1pmobile sometimes is not very accurate therefore whe changed the SIM card for different company, but overall it is great idea to get at least sample for start to try out the watch. My child is very happy and we love the idea of changable watch straps.

Great little device, bought for my 7yo daughter, to give her a little more independence while still being able to contact us. Really easy to use, although some of the functions were a little obscure, a quick search on the website was able to explain them. Location tracking isn't the most accurate, but we do live rurally. Tracking wasn't my main criteria for purchase however, communication was, and I like the texting function. It's easy for my daughter to call me too. And I've set it up so no unknown numbers will be accepted, which is great. Very happy with it.

Works perfectly as a phone but the tracking technology is pretty hopeless

Website states "Chat – Click here to send a text message, or audio message to the watch. If you have two or more KiDSnav watches, you can have a group chat, so your family is always connected".

This is incorrect (confirmed by customer services). You will have to set up a different family group for each watch, you can't combine two watches into one group.

Pretty disappointing and inconvenient, watches work OK otherwise (although GPS can be wildly inaccurate and ability to place video calls seems to drop in and out).

Brilliant product! My son loves his watch, the various apps on the watch work great and are simple to use. The location can sometimes be incorrect when tracking the watch using the app. However, refreshing the app usually works! The sound quality when using the watch to call is great too. It has really helped boost my sons independence, i don't know what we did without it! Highly recommended 👌

Watch works well other than occassional incorrect location (usually corrected with refresh of app page or signing out and back in) and gives us peace of mind that we can contact our son and vice versa. Call guardian feature is great along with being able to set alarms...the features we use most. On top of this the customer service is great. Last week our son had a bike accident resulting in a broken finger and broken watch to go with that. I emailed to see if we could maybe get it repaired and got very speedy response from Sally with the offer of a refurbished unit free of charge. Within days I've received this and also managed to keep the same sim meaning I haven't lost almost £20 of credit. Excellent customer service, much appreciated, thank you again.

Fantastic product and peace of mind when my daughter is out playing! The app is easy to use even for the tech shy like myself! Best of all is the customer service as my daughter managed to crack the back panel and Sally got back to me within 24 hours and sorted the problem :) would highly recommend!

Avoid this watch. Setup is a nightmare with no clear instructions. The app and website are clunky and far from kid friendly. Worst of all, the GPS is completely inaccurate - even after turning off LBS, it still relies on it and shows locations nowhere near the actual watch. A total waste of money.

The whole overall service from yourself is cheap with sarcastic replies. The watch is far from advertised & using sarcastic replies via email doesn’t paint a great picture of yourself or the company. My review is based solely on my experience & yes it could be I’ve got a faulty watch however my experience has been poor along with the customer service I’ve received so I’m more than entitled to leave a review stating my thoughts. I’m sure other users haven’t had issues but unfortunately I have & my overall experience with the watch & company have been really poor.

Works well and when we lost strap pin company replaced it straight away despite it not being any fault of the product.

We've had this watch for our daughter (age 8 when we got it) and its been amazing - gives her a sense of independence, while giving us peace of mind that we can contact her and know where she is. Highly recommend the features. Its perfect for those children not yet old enough for a phone, but where some level of contact is required.
