I'd give zero stars if I could

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a men's watch for my sons birthday on the 20th of August for next day delivery, didn't arrive, as of the 24th it still hasn't arrived. Had to go out and purchase my son another watch from a different jewellers because the watch never arrived. No one answers calls. They offer next day delivery but don't fulfill it, stay clear, awful to deal with
UPDATE, 29TH OF AUGUST, THERE'S A TRACKER INVESTIGATION GOING ON NOW, STILL NO DELIVERY. FIELDS REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND.
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Have been shopping with Fields since we bought our wedding rings 25 years ago. Just bought a 25th anniversary present from Fields online. Absolutely hassle free and a 2 day delivery time perfect. I highly recommend shopping at Fields.

Avoid

Wish I'd read reviews ,the service is poor ,so slow to even give estimate for repair ,nevermind the actual repair .Bought it Ireland but they need to send it to Scotland if there is a repair.which in my case is second time I've been without my ring for extended period .
Almost 3 weeks later they still can't tell me cost for repair or when it will be started .First time was around 8 weeks in total .

Our stone setter is based in our workshop in Glasgow therefore our repairs do need to be sent away

The lead time for estimates to be given is 3-4 weeks , once assessed our team will be able to advise further and will contact you directly

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, ordered 2 rings online together and were shipped and only one delivered and the other was left at a Access point and emailed cs and they did intercept it to get it picked up from the access point and get it re delivered to same address the 1st ring was delivered too but now it’s stating since yesterday that’s in an access point again and needed this for yesterday morning!!! Absolutely ridiculous carry on, I’ve started chargeback via bank and have asked 3 times now via email for manager to call me back about this. Got phone call and hopefully issue will be resolved. Issues not resolved, got partial refund and was told would get replacement ring sent and tracking number but still not received anything yet. A week later still no order of ring received false promises. Would never purchase online again from them.

Horrendous Service

My experience with Fields Jewellers has been an absolute nightmare. My partner bought me a ring from their Galway branch in early June, with the agreement that we’d pick it up at their Dublin Henry Street store on June 10th. When we arrived, Fields falsely claimed there was “no arrangement,” and the ring had been inexplicably sent back to Galway without our approval.

After admitting their mistake, Fields promised to send the ring to our home within 1–2 business days. Today is July 1st, exactly one full month since we purchased the ring, and we still have nothing: no ring, no tracking, no refund, no meaningful update, just empty promises and total silence.

Fields has been incredibly quick to take €225, but has made zero effort to deliver the product we paid for or refund our money. Their incompetence, dishonesty, and blatant disregard for customers have ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion.

They promised multiple times to “fix this mess” by either sending the ring or issuing a refund, but absolutely nothing has happened.
Avoid Fields Jewellers at all costs, they do not respect your time, your money, or their own commitments.

After a month a refund was finally issued and after that the ring was shipped so had to call them back and either pay for the ring again or just send it back.

Fields Jewellers in Athlone were brilliant to deal with. Laoise looked after an issue we had with a watch and sorted everything out without any hassle. We got a beautiful replacement watch and are very happy with the service we got. Thank you Laoise.
