⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ leaders in customer service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can’t recommend Fight & Supplies UK highly enough. Their customer service genuinely stands out from other businesses I’ve dealt with. I buy a lot of Yokkao stuff but il only buy from these guys as the customer service direct and elsewhere is simply not on a level these guys are. Every order I’ve made which by now has been several always comes next day bar one occasion which il detail below.
I recently had a slight delay with a shipment, and rather than leaving me wondering what was happening, the team actually reached out to me directly via WhatsApp and kept me updated throughout. That level of communication is something you don’t always get these days.
I’ve also contacted them in the past looking for specific items that weren’t in stock, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to source exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was looked after from start to finish.
The products are great, but it’s the personal service, communication and willingness to go the extra mile that really sets Fight & Supplies UK apart.
A genuinely great company to deal with and one I’ll happily continue to use. 🥊
Hands down the best.
