Thank you for your review and for highlighting the quality of the gear!
We completely understand that Muay Thai equipment has become more expensive in recent years due to industry-wide increases in material and shipping costs. As an authorised retailer, we adhere strictly to the RRPs set by our partner brands and have little control over these baseline prices.
Thank you once again for your business and your support!
Faulty gloves, no acknowledgement of fault
We’d always bought our gloves with fight supplies and they’d been great in the past, but my most recent gloves were faulty. The company replied quickly but refused to accept they were faulty (put it down the general wear and tear). We’ve used Twins gloves for decades and have loved them, never had any issues. But with these the design started peeling off after a handful of uses. Not normal fading/cracking like our others, but a whole cheap plastic layer is peeling off as if it’s been cheaply stuck on. Real shame. No discount/replacement offered despite them being far less than a year old.

Resposta da Fight Supplies
Hi Kate,
We completely understand wanting gear to stay looking brand new forever, but we cannot issue free replacements or refunds on equipment 7 months into its training lifespan.
Our wear-and-tear policies are clearly outlined on our website so customers can review them before purchasing. Aesthetic changes - like printed graphics peeling after over half a year of regular gym use - are standard wear, not a manufacturing defect.
While we couldn't locate any past order history under your details to verify your previous loyalty, we must apply these terms consistently to everyone, regardless of any attempts to threaten, blackmail or insult our management.
We wish you the best with your training.

Great range, good quality and service.
I ordered boxing gloves from Fight Supplies. They had a great range with lots of brands for choice. I would recommend this company, good quality products, great service and communication, and the delivery was earlier than expected. I am really happy with my gloves, and would use Fight Supplies again.

Amazing service
Amazing service! I placed my order for shin pads, shorts and gloves and paid for next day delivery. Right after I saw another pair of gloves that I absolutely fell in love with and had to order. I contacted fight supplies on whatsapp about it and they cancelled the gloves from first order and refunded me one of the delivery fees without me even asking. They were also really nice and I got a few packets of gummies with my order haha. The order came next morning as well. They also have a straightforward return process in case anything doesn’t fit. Already ordered from them again 👌🏻
