A Phone That Can't Even Handle a Little Rain! Avoid FIG!

Extremely disappointing! My FIG F52 stopped working after being exposed to a little rain — not a heavy downpour, just ordinary rain. A phone should be able to handle everyday situations, including some light rain, without suddenly becoming useless!

To make matters worse, replacing damaged parts is extremely expensive, water damage is not covered by the company's warranty, and the customer service is just as disappointing. Instead of offering a satisfactory solution, you're left facing costly repairs for a phone that has failed under normal everyday circumstances.

Poor reliability, overpriced repairs, and terrible customer service. Save your money and choose a more reliable brand! Think twice before buying FIG!

I’m really frustrated with Fig Kosher F52’s customer service. I bought an item worth $450, but whenever I try to get support, the only people I can reach are based in the Philippines and seem to only know about the basic settings. There’s no way to talk to a knowledgeable tech or someone who can actually help solve the problem.

I don’t understand why they can’t provide normal, responsive customer service like other companies such as Quen or Pom. It’s really disappointing and makes it hard to trust them.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get proper support from Fig Kosher F52 would be appreciated.

Great phone! They are constantly updating the system! It has lasted over 2 years at this point with many many falls in the basic case... The pictures are good and its fast and reliable.

It's around 6 months after I bay the fig mini and every text arrives it list 10 minutes later and sometimes it's it's piping up massage not send and I resend it and My friend got it 2 Times and I use auto record but now I can't delete recordings
I emailed fig and I got a number to text and no one answered I called a other number and wat 40 minutes and I got no answer I go to the store in Williamsburg on wallabout and they tell me it's fext but it's not and they deleted all archived messages and a few old messages also they blocking things like texting and calling ai turn off app update notifications

do your self a favour don't buy this phone , dont know from were to begin , but i cant do just basics tasks like forwarding an text , very low battery life , and the list go's on

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the service I received.

To start, the phone I purchased has been a disaster. Due to a critical software bug, the device deleted my entire gallery, resulting in the permanent loss of all my personal photos. It is unacceptable for a device to lose data so easily.

When I tried to resolve the issue, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Getting hold of anyone is a nightmare; I am constantly pushed between the store and their suppliers, speaking to representatives who give evasive, unhelpful answers. Whenever I am promised a callback to resolve the issue, it simply never happens. They have completely abandoned their responsibility to the customer.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. If you value your data and your peace of mind, buy your electronics elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and the loss.

Clueless support and broken software draining my data!
Dealing with Fig customer service is an absolute joke. Their reps are very well-trained to smile and be polite, but they have zero clue how to actually fix a problem. They just give you the runaround, constantly promising that "someone will look into it and get back to you," or foolishly claiming the issue is magically fixed. One rep even told me to just wait for my billing cycle to restart; which makes no sense because I am talking about the internal data tracker on the phone itself showing massive, continuous data drains every single hour!
This phone does not even have a web browser installed. I barely use apps or picture messages. There is absolutely nothing running that should be devouring this much data unless the device's software is completely broken and leaking.

They pushed an update out recently that they claimed would fix it. It did something but the data is still draining way too fast, instead of a GB or more per day now it takes a few days.

My friends who also own Fig phones but skipped the updates don't have so many issues. I have heard from so many others who are furious about this, but they are smarter than me not to sit on long hold times just to finally end up arguing with an idiot. At this point, I just want them to give me the older, stable software build so my phone can actually function normally.

Don't let their polite customer service fool you; their software is broken, their troubleshooting is a joke, and they refuse to take real responsibility.
Since there is no email on their site to reach out to, I had to come here; perhaps it will reach the right ears.

i guess it is a cool concept especially with the 20mp camera but bruh no offense it breaks easily i should know and horrible hardware and operating system. horrible customer service and they literally bought the parts 3d printed from china

Fig phones are the perfect phone, quick and easy to use, always has network and constantly updating itself to make the phone better, quicker and more convenient! I highly recommend it!
