Quality, contact, delivery, great, in every point !

International company. Process will take minimum six weeks. Ordered item 11/13 for 50th anniversary with expedited face proof and have not received it after 5 weeks. I did not see final product before shipment and I had to contact them for shipment/tracking information. Communication is via email and is inconsistent. I hope it's worth it when it eventually shows up.
While somewhat frustrated by the process, I am overall pleased with the final product.
