Hi, I’m extremely disappointed to see that all my loyalty points have disappeared. I was a long-time supporter and promoter of the brand, but after this experience and my recent phone call, that has changed completely. Especially now that I was ready to start purchasing again. I would appreciate someone taking a proper look at this, as this is not how you treat loyal customers.

Really bad experience with Filling Pieces.

I ordered a pair of shoes on May 9. Their website said delivery would take 2–3 working days.

After 38 days, I still had no shoes, no refund, and no real update. I had to contact them several times myself just to find out what was happening.

They ignored my first email, later said the shoes were out of stock, then failed to reply again when I asked for another size. They also promised to get back to me on June 17, but never did.

What makes it even worse is that the shoes were still showing as available on their website while they told me they were out of stock.

In the end, after more than five weeks of waiting and chasing them, they offered me either another model or a refund, plus €40 store credit.

I have now asked for my money back. Honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. They took my money, did not deliver, and only reacted when I kept pushing.

Great shoes in general, I have 4 of them on total.

Good products, good customer service.

The shoes are great. They always fits like a glove. I bought more than 15 pairs. They are elegant under a suit for smart business events.
They give me excellent support for my lower back when I have to stand and walk a lot.
The quality is outstanding and they are handmade in Portugal.

Vroeger was de eigenaar van het merk met een groep jongens bezig met mode. Hij wilde zijn eigen product lanceren. Er was helemaal geen bachelor degree voor nodig, alleen maar interesse in het merk en in zijn eigen product.

En zo was de economie van vroeger ontstaan.

Ik wil gewoon melden dat als je kort uit die tijd komt en je voelt dat je een verschil kunt maken voor een bedrijf zoals het zijne, en begrijpt hoe alles werkt, het heel zonde is dat je wordt afgewezen. Afgewezen zijn is gewoon oké.

Maar dat een externe partij of een recruiter gaat beslissen wat je wel of niet weet, zonder inhoudelijke kennis van de afgelopen twintig jaar, is heel zonde. Voor iedereen die dit leest: het is heel zonde dat je extern wordt beoordeeld door iemand die er geen verstand van heeft.

Los van het feit dat de eigenaar zelf uit die tijd ook helemaal geen kennis van zaken had, maar een gevoel voor wat hij wilde, is dat eigenlijk hoe het werkt. En nog eens, soms weet de eigenaar ook niet wie er wordt afgewezen.

Soms weet de eigenaar ook niet wie het bedrijf vooruit kan helpen.

Als er een recruiter is die gewoon op gevoel natte vingerwerk aan het doen is.

I’d stay away from this brand. Had a very poor customer service experience and shoes are relatively low quality for the price point. Beware of buying as a US customer, they don’t warn you that you’ll be on the hook for 15% additional customs tax and refuse to pay it or make you whole for it after the fact. Overall unacceptable outcome buying from them.

The product I ordered arrived promptly and was of real high quality. The shoes felt durable, sleek and stylish. They didn’t fit me so I sent them back through Royal Mail standard service (who have lost the parcel and only compensate £20) Filling Pieces have issued me a full refund despite not yet receiving their product back, picking up the shortfall on Royal Mail’s behalf. I am touched by their remarkable level of customer service and support with solving an issue which they didn’t create. I will certainly be using their services again
