As mentioned in our previous emails, since the purchase was made through one of our retail partners, we kindly recommend that you contact the store directly. Each of our partners manages their own warranty and faulty item policies, and they are best equipped to assist you with a suitable solution.

I’m very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

As mentioned, after you informed us about the issue, we sent you a return form and the return address so that you could send the shoes back and receive a new model. You also asked if it would be possible to keep the current pair and still receive a replacement. Unfortunately, according to our policy, that isn’t possible.

Please know that we have carefully considered your request and did our best to accommodate your needs. If you would like, we can still send you a new pair of shoes; you’ll simply need to return the defective ones once you receive the new pair.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to resolve this for you soon.
