Excellent service!
I find Spreadex's site easy to use and it's back up service excellent on the few occasions I have needed to use it.
Also financial ££ in and more especially out (usually same day) mean I can use my funds more efficiently.
I still use the cardboard rattle they sent me about 15 years ago and the tic tac gloves!

On the whole Spreadex is very good
On the whole Spreadex is very good. However a recent attempt to upgrade to professional status was rejected,even though it was patently obvious that I am a professional. I appreciate that certain criteria has to be met but a sense of discretion should have been applied and approved. I had been a hedge fund manager in futures and options for a number of years.

Overall pretty good
Overall pretty good . Had a few issues trying to open and close trades at times with phone only or illiquid markets reasons given . Fast payments and easy to use platform .
Limited choice of securities available especially smaller cap is a problem . The issue isn't liquidity it just seems a lot of aim shares are unavailable to spreadbet . Plenty of liquidity just won't let you bet on them which is a shame and limits your business opportunities imo

This platform should not be allowed to…
This platform should not be allowed to operate. Slowest execution - lots of failed trades due to price movements - bigger spreads - impossibly poor chart support - extremely high margin requirement and no cash rebate. There is no reason whatsoever to use Spreadex Trading with a MUCH better rival available.... go to IG Index and see for yourself. The only redeeming factor is that customer service is friendly if incompetent, whereas IG Index is arrogant and incompetent.

As a firm regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, certain aspects of how we operate are set by regulation rather than by us. For example, the maximum leverage available to retail clients is determined by FCA rules, and we’re also prohibited from offering volume-based rebates to retail clients.
On trade rejections, it may help to explain how our system works. Our acceptance rate in September sat at over 99.4%, and the process is designed to benefit traders where possible:
If the price moves in your favour, we accept the trade.
If the price moves against you but within tolerance, we give you the better price.
If the price moves against you and outside of tolerance, the trade is rejected - which in theory allows you to re-submit the order at a better price.
If you’d prefer to prioritise an even higher acceptance rate over this protection, you can adjust your settings via My Account > Execution & Pricing. There you can set your own tolerance level - including the option to make it unlimited.

Good platform but using email and telephone is more beneficial.
After communicating with the company they have resolved my reservations about using Spreadex as a platform and been very helpful in bringing about faster and more efficient access to market securities for trading. As long as the service provided over the last fortnight continues then I would recommend Spreadex but definitely reach out directly with staff as they work to resolve issues where possible. Being able to place trades from the app needs improving as you still mostly can’t for small cap stocks.

I have traded with Spreadex for over 20 years , a very helpful broker and nothing is too much trouble whether asking questions straight to the trade desk or customer service , fast execution and if there is not a market you want to trade they will list it on there platform.

Good trading platform both for beginners and experienced traders.Easy to navigate around the site.Funding and withdrawing money no issues.I do not recommend spread betting as its high risk but if you must spread bet then this is a decent site.I have knocked a star off because they asked for a full bank statement showing all my personal transactions but I complained about this and they have accepted a statement summary.
