Very easy to use and quickly found a therapist in my area.

In the first session I told Gary Aldridge, my therapist, my problem with my weight and during this session he got to the root of the problem. He came up with some solutions over the next few weeks and I finished the last session more hopeful for the future. I have since lost some weight and have more idea what to look out for what causes me to binge eat.

Great service

On my first meeting with martin I was in a very low place, having made some bad life decisions and struggling to cope with my emotions. Instantly Martin made me feel at ease and listened with no judgment as I explained my situation. He helped me make sense of things and explained how I could start to turn things around, always talking in ways I could relate to and understand. As my marriage was being affected by my behaviour he suggested meeting with my wife and after a few sessions with her we then had joint sessions together to start to rebuild things. Over time and with martins help we began to repair are relationship. I would highly recommend Martin to any one seeking counselling and I can’t thank him enough for everything he did for me and my wife.

Tina is brilliant she really cares she really listens to you Tina makes you feel really welcome and Tina makes you feel that your talking to a friend she is that good.

Although it was out of office hours, no sooner had I entered the details I was contacted by my chosen psychologist. A single kind and understanding phone call later and my son has an appointment in a few days time. This has brought him comfort and me hope. Thank you RSCPP.
