Well we have just returned from our trip to Krakow and would recommend booking with these agents. We were sceptical at first as we haven’t used them before but they were always there on WhatsApp with any queries we had and responded in a timely manner.
They even advised us of the flight delay before the airport had updated the screens and they also called the hotel to let them know we would be late checking in.
Trip was included in the trip and this was also a smooth process so I will be booking with them again. thank you

Contacted this company to arrange a trip for a special birthday. I cannot fault them. I dealt with Olivia who dealt with my enquiry, planning my itinerary, suggesting hotels abd transport. She went above and beyond when I needed hotels changed, sending links and photos of the updated hotels. She was so patient and nothing was a bother. Polite and professional throughout.. Kyla brown found me the perfect get away, everything was great the timings the hotel looked gorgeous. We had to pull out due to an illness and kyla was very understanding. Highly recommended 👌
