I got the outstanding service from Chris, he replied promptly for my messages, didn't keep me waiting. I had to check the prices for several dates and he spared his time like an hour adding transfers, guided trips and price without the transfer, upgrading my hotel options, beach hotels and so on, I think he sent me like more than 7 quotes. He gave me the best options to match my price. I would say his best service made me book with Tour Help. I'll remember the agent and Tour Help for my next holiday.

I booked my trip to Disneyland Paris and from start to finish, from starting the booking to completing it was amazing service with the agent Steve. We would like to say a massive thank you to Michael for arranging our trip to Thailand. We went to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Krabi and Phuket. All internal flights, transfers and a trip which included the elephants. We booked a break through Tourhelp, 2 adults and 2 children for Disney Land Paris, it was out 1st trip abroad with the children, and must say was fantastically planned by Clara Hunt.. from flights, theme park tickets and hotels, couldn’t fault them great service 5.

Booked Disneyland Paris through tour help holidays dealt with Steve and Alan and I must say they have been absolutely brilliant, i changed things a few times had to add airport assistance due health issues last going off and I must say nothing was to much trouble for them they dealt with it all even put up with me checking everything constantly due to my anxiety 🤣 all I had to do was drop them a message and they would respond straight away, everything ran smoothly and we had the best holiday will definitely be booking with tour help again can't thank you guys enough

They will take your money and disappear.

I booked a holiday with this company for May 2027 back in September 2025 and started paying monthly payments i have paid £940 i contacted the company in February this year after lots of emails that they never answered and texts eventually i got call back after i said i was taking this matter to solicitor
Due to family illness i explained i could not go on the holiday in May 2027and can i have refund i know i would lose my deposit after so many texts from them stalling and need to talk to mangers
Eventually they said i can’t have a refund for my deposit as its non refundable but we can refund the rest BUT there will also be 25% cancellation fee for the suppliers we have paid i asked why as its year half away i contacted the hotels and airline and they had no booking in our name for 2027 i contacted Tour Help and explain i have emails from hotels saying no bookings so why would i have to pay fee for suppliers then all of sudden i had email PDF through in email for 1 booking.
After long battle with them i explained this is so stressful on top of everything i am dealing with family. So i agreed with the £274 that they said i was due to get refunded that was back in February and i still haven’t received i have text them asking with an update said they are waiting on suppliers.
I am sure many people have had good experiences with this company i am just raising my experience i will keep you updated with my refund.
But i am sure they will report my review like the last time for harmful and illegal

We’ve just got back from Thailand, and I’ve got to say it was a proper good trip from start to finish.
Shaun looked after everything for us, always there when we needed him and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I’ve used a fair few travel companies over the years but he’s easily the best i’ve come across
you ask him something and he wont leave it untill it’s all sorted and your happy with it which makes a big difference, especially for an old lad like me. Takes all the worry out of it.
everything ran nice and smooth, no stress no fuss.. just how it should be really.
i’ve already told a few friends about tourhelp and i wouldnt think twice about using Shaun again

Clara has been a gem! Sent her a message after hours and when I woke up this morning Clara was already on it- making sure I had all the information and also very patient about the changes I requested- I will be booking again

Just returned from our wonderful exhausting time at Disneyland! Thank you Steve for creating a great trip for our family of six.
Explorers hotel was great and a good location (use the local shop 15 mins away for snacks as hotel quite expensive) breakfast was included so managed to eat plenty before the crazy day ahead, pool was so good,staff really friendly.
Our flights were good times from Bristol and back from France and we didn't loose any days by travelling. Our two park days were met with sunshine so made it all the better.
Our luggage allowance was incorrect as sold as 7kg but was only small hand luggage but luckily I checked this before flying.
I found some information took a long time to get to me like our flights which made me feel quite anxious and uncertain for some time..BUT Steve gave us what we asked for and at a good price, location and the best experience for my little family ❤️❤️ thank you
