Going on 3 days now no response to none of my emails at all only received a receipt and automated email form about sending in docs i sent the docs and bow haven’t heard anything else but another random email that said i chose to pay with cash and i clearly input all my insurance info it seems fraudulent i guess ill update if anything happens

I emailed about a prior authorization needing sent, I received a response in the middle of the night requesting my insurance information. I promptly responded with that information. It has now been 4 days and I have sent a couple follow up emails as I have checked my insurance information still no prior authorization has been sent and no one is responding to my emails. Pretty poor customer service.

I was interested in this program and I did the quiz very well but the unfortunate part is the doctor started say ( are you unwilling to lose weight) I was confused at first and I try to say yes and I got (we reviewed you’re case and unfortunately you are not a good candidate) like tf do you mean I try saying yes I wanted to lose weight and start the process so I texted back and no response. If people wanted to join that program don’t you think that they want to lose weight. I need a response now.

Really fast response from the providers as well as the customer service team. They were really helpful and offered several options.

Was interested in starting with this program but the questionnaire they have set up they force you put your insurance information in and they automatically do a PA on ur behalf which I can appreciate, however not everyone needs a PA approved as I already went through that process with my insurance and already have a PA approved and there is no way to bypass that insurance part i even reached out to Cynthia via email to see if I could just upload my approval letter from the insurance so that we don’t have to waste time on a Process that was needed to begin with she never responded..well i guess I will go to push health.

This is a scam....I don't believe none of the 5 stars on here they a scam too...I'm highly pissed....my bank had to make it right because of this fraudulent show case...tf

My insurance initially denied my medication but they tried again and got it approved!

I love how convienent Sunrise is. I can schedule appointments, get my meds, and talk to my doctor all from my phone.

These people deal with customers dealing with potentially stressful situations and provide results, and are very adaptable to your situation. You certainly aren’t likely to find a better service that can set you up with the high levels of access these folks can.

The doctors at Sunrise really listen to me and take my concerns seriously. It's so refreshing to feel heard and understood. Highly recomended!

Dr. Finley at Sunrise is an absolute lifesaver! His experties and guidance have been invaluable on my weight-loss journey. he answered all my questions about treatment and medications. Very happy so far.

Initial contact was quick and the consult with the doctor. Received my prior authorization from the provider 5 days ago and I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer support on where my prescription was sent. No replies at all. The customer chat does not work and there isn’t a phone number to call. The provider I spoke with stated she couldn’t help me with anything besides an illness or medicine. Which sounds bogus to me. They’ve already taken my money for the monthly subscription.

EDIT: after posting here and the BBB, I received a message from the “CEO”. He stated there was a high turnover in the customer support staff, so that is why I didn’t get prompt responses. After I responded with what I needed, my prescription was sent to the correct pharmacy. Hopefully this is a one time thing and when my refill comes available, I don’t have the same issues.

Another edit 7/2/24: I was issued my refill for my 2nd round of Wegovy. My pharmacy doesn’t have it in stock and I’ve emailed Sunrise 3 separate times within the last 3 days to see what I could do. Whether it was choose another pharmacy or a different medication. I have yet to hear back from anyone. They’ve already taken my $149 monthly fee out for the month. I would choose a different more reputable company if you’re looking to use GLP1 medication. I’m hoping to either get my prescription or my money back.
