The plaque on the front was crooked and the globe on top was not fully centered.

The photo online was misleading. It had a graphic that we thought was part of the award but it was not.

Devices were shipped quickly, packaging was great. Will definitely order again from Fine Awards

The unit was nice and sturdy. However, the etching was not what I expected. It was difficult to read in most any light. I expected it to be more legible by being "darker"/"deeper"?

Disappointed. Poor customer service & no clarity about the proofing process until it was too late.

What I received was not usable.
1. The picture is quite dark, losing details of the person and the clothing, and the face and hands have an orange hue. Very different from the proof I was provided earlier in the process.
2. The background to the picture is also quite dark but with horizontal ribbing and with a large discolored splotch on the right side near the edge.
3. The text is so dark that the letters seem to blend and run together, making the words difficult--and in some cases impossible--to read.
4. As if glued in haste, the front piece is a bit crooked on the wood plaque. I measured to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me.

We had numerous problems with our payments going through. Melissa was so helpful and patient with us. Once our payment processed the order went through and was fulfilled quickly. Product was beautiful and exactly what we ordered. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
