I paid in full several months ago for glazing works that were originally quoted at 12 weeks. The project is now over 25 weeks and still not completed.
Multiple written completion dates were provided (including 17 November, 25 November, 22 December 2025, 28 January and 5 February 2026 and many others), but they were missed. Communication has been inconsistent, and key details such as the final installation scope and crane arrangements have repeatedly been unclear.
This delay has caused financial loss, supplier disruption, and significant inconvenience.
I have now been informed by the director that the company may be entering liquidation, despite having received full payment from me and failing to complete the contracted works. A public notice appears in The Gazette (Ref: 5048829).
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Look no further
Look no further. Pretty much any window company you've considered will be better than Finepoint. Honestly! Feel relief that you won't have to experience their abysmal service. Friendly, professional and communicative until they've received your payment, and henceforth, it will only go downhill, from bad to worse. Businesses such as Finepoint should be shut down. No communication at all, with multiple cancellations of booked installations, each time without any prior notice (I had to call to find out they weren't coming). Measurements taken were incorrect and hence we ended up with a window the wrong size. The job remained half done, they didn't return to finish it, and we were left with major extra work to undo all their mistakes and sort out the various structural issues they left behind. One long drama that is simply not worth it. You'll do so much better elsewhere.

6 months on and nothing done... but chance to rectify
I reached out to Finepoint Glass to install a small reinforced glass balcony at my home. After being given a quote, we were asked to pay 50% as a deposit before they would send a surveyor. Lots of emails back and forth to arrange this, but after paying on 3 March 2025, communication dropped completely. We originally scheduled a surveyor for 19 March, no one showed and no call or email to tell us or to follow up. We next managed to schedule a surveyor for 13 May; again no one showed, no call or email before or after. Since then I have chased many times with no response (last email I got from Finepoint was 7 May). It is now 16 September 2025 (more than 6 months after deposit paid) and after posting this review they have made contact to arrange a surveyor for this coming Friday. I believe in giving people a chance to rectify poor service and so I have neutralised my review while they do so. I will provide an update to my review depending on the outcome (the surveyor turning up as arranged, prompt completion of my project, good quality job done).

FinePoint Glass delivered and installed glazing for our new extension, and the whole process was flawless from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of the glazing is outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for premium glass solutions!

Very minimalistic design, effortless operation, thing frame, unobtrusive handles and locks. They look absolutely amazing! The company was very helpful and resolved the issue with a mistake we made with design of the upper side of the frame. Do check your drawings carefully when ordering. Very good product!
Would definitely recommend
We had a great experience with Finepoint so far. We have installed both architectural glazing and sliding doors. From the first point of contact to their showroom visit we found the team professional and prepared. We had some instance where the communication could have been better during 1 year of project, but only a minor issue. However their aftercare post sale/installation really stood out as they have been fantastic with the response and any small problem that have arisen have been dealt with very swiftly. Particular mention to Jason Rusbridge and Komal Patel who have often been our first point of contact, their response and care to client is fantastic! Thank you to the whole team for the excellent job. Looking forward to recommend Finepoint to others, and we will definitely use them again.

I never needed a glaizer before so I didn't know who should I turn to. Luckily for me, I saw their advertisement and immediately called. They did a very good job at my house, so I really appreciate them.

I have had a nice experience with them. Only thing, one of the windows I paid for was damaged, and that irritated me, but, they brought back good one for free of course, cause it was damaged in transport, and they changed it so it was okay.

The FinePoint team resolved the issues with the pocket door successfully. Excellent service from the team to come back after a few years since implemented to solve the problem. Would recommend them for the Product, implementation and ongoing care and service.

It was an arduous journey with Finepoint but we got there in the end!
Our project was particularly demanding as there were a lot of complicated aspects which the builder and Finepoint had to work out. We were beset by various delays and unfortunate circumstances which were out of our collective control. We have now concluded our build and it is rated ‘stunning’ according to every visitor!

Cowboys in every sense of the word
I have nothing good to say about these guys, they cut corners at every turn with respect to quality, then delayed delivery, turned up two people short and asked me to ‘find’ other fitters to fix my side return glass.
Asked for 100% of the money upfront.
Please, for your own sake, steer well clear.
Do not under any circumstances employ…
Do not under any circumstances employ Finepoint Glass to supply and install windows and glazing.
We had a tortuous experience in design and approvals stretching over months.
When finally approved their performance didn't get any better, trying to talk to the project manager was next to impossible with numerous unanswered calls, calls not returned and emails ignored.
The manufacturing process was slow in the extreme.
Installation was slow with multiple visits to site.
Communication with the fitters was difficult as most didn't speak English or at best it was limited.
The lack of performance from Finepoint added between 2 to 3 months on the project duration.
Despite several adjustments we still have draughts on the sliding doors.
We are now in a situation where the glass in one window has shattered for no reason. After initially admitting it was a manufacturing defect they are trying to not take responsibility and charge us to replace the glass. The fault was notified to them 5 months ago and we are still no nearer to getting it resolved.
In summary their performance is one of the worst I have experienced from a subcontractor in over 35 years in the construction industry.
Edit: We are now 7 months from the breakage and still no nearer resolution! Legal action is, unfortunately, looming but we can see absolutely no other way to resolve the situation.
Please note that the 5 star review on Google is from Anant Gajar which is somewhat unsurprising, he's the Managing Director of Finepoint! I would therefore suspect that other positive reviews are not genuine.
Edit 2: We ended up employing alternative contractors to replace the broken pane after Finepoint continued to deny responsibility and want to charge us. The new contractors advised us that the original glass had nowhere near enough tolerance for the opening which was what caused it to shatter.
We subsequently submitted a claim to the Small Claims Court to which Finepoint failed to respond. We received a Summary Judgement in our favour. At this stage they made contact claiming to have not received any documents from the court (all I can assume is that the "missing" documents were in the same place as all the emails and phone messages that they failed to respond to over our dealings!) and looking to cut a deal on the Summary Judgement. This was not accepted and they have subsequently paid the full amount.
I cannot reiterate DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE FINEPOINT GLASS.
Edit 3: I see Finepoint have now added a comment that the issue was sorted. I fail to see how us engaging other contractors to replace the broken pane, issuing court proceedings against Finepoint only for them not to respond through sheer incompetence and having summary judgement issued against them in any way qualifies as sorting the issue.
The entire company is either incredibly, woefully incompetent in every respect, or is an out and out fraud that masquerades as a business and somehow hasn't been prosecuted!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
