Avoid. Shockingly bad.
Honestly would have given no stars if possible. We’ve had a nightmare with Fine point since the point we paid the deposit. I work in the construction industry and the service and communication recieved has been so poor we are considering legal action.
We were told numerous dates for deliver where we had our contractors on site only for the doors not to show up without any communication from fine point. We were continually fobbed off by Anant and the team with little empathy for the stress and money they were causing us.
The doors and window were finally delivered and installed. Only for the handle to break under a year after install after light use.
We are now in the process of trying to get finepoint to fix the door and are getting very little communication or action from them.
As I said we are considering legal action here because of how bad our experience has been.
Don’t make the same mistake as we did. Please AVOID Fine point glass.

Did a full home refurbishment and dealt with 16 separate suppliers, Finepoint by far the worst supplier in terms of timings, poor installation, constant delays, constant lies, additional costings. At times impossible to get hold off, fix dates to install and don't show up causing delays and additional costs on the whole refurbishment. I am in the process of commencing legal action. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Edit 1. Wow replied to my review 14 months later claiming I owe them money! When they take money upfront.
This explains the level of Finepoint’s service very correctly.
Imagine the level of service I received once I had paid them and waited endlessly for delivery and installation, constant delays and shoddy workmanship. Avoid at all cost.

Premium product with a premium service
I first contacted FinePoint early this year and I am very glad that I did.
We were looking for a premium product i.e. Infiniglide 3 series sliding door for our new home but we have also received a premium service.
Anant (director) was very prompt in his replies which assured me that this is the company to deal with. Dhruv (Sales Manager) has been very helpful in responding to all my queries and requests even after the order was placed!
Can't forget Lovely and Shruti who have also been most helpful making sure that the payment and technical drawings were accurate.
