Excellent customer service from Kim and an issue with online pricing was sorted promptly; the sale price online increased when item was moved in to cart- and the partial refund to correct this was completed within days. The white Matt fino stone stool I ordered is perfect/ excellent quality and was packaged very well- would definitely use this company again.

Very pleased with shelf I purchased. Easy to put up and it looks great in my wet room. My only gripe is I wish it was slightly deeper as I would buy another one to stack loo rolls on it. Delivery was prompt and the item was well packaged.

I have ordered a basin from fino stone. The basin has came faulty and the fault is not visible unless it was already installed. There is no cracks but the basin is seeping water through the joints of the under panel. This has been fitted into a brand new bathroom costing £12,000

I have supplied the video evidence to which I was met with “looks like a plumbing issue” I explained it was not.

I have tried to call the manger to resolve this he has been “out of office” or “unavailable”

I have requested that they cover the cost of re-fitting the sink due to the fact there has been no viable damage that could have been picked up on before the sink was fitted. They have refused and they said they will not cover this. They also have taken two weeks to respond properly and said they will however send out a new basin but again I have not pay for cost of fitting due to their error.

I do not recommend this company and I will be recovering my losses via a small claims court out of principle.

Update- I am waiting on a refund from this company.

I have had to unfortunately involve trading standards. The manager of fino stone had given me a choice to remove this review and a replacement sink will be given out and I will receive £80 towards the cost of the plumber and do not proceed with legal action

Or I do not agree to his terms he will not be sending out a replacement nor will he be refunding me £80 towards plumbers costs.

I do not wish to deal in business with a company who operates in this way. I have opted for a refund and my rights as a customer for my review to stay and legal action to claim back losses.

This whole experience has wasted my time, money and left me without a working bathroom sink until my new one arrives.

I ordered three of the Cadiz stone basins. Prior to placing the order I phoned the company to double check if the stone basins had a ‘white plug’ which was shown on the website, and they did. All were packed really well & arrived within a couple of days. But, on opening I noticed there were no plugs. I emailed the company and had a quick response to inform that the plugs would arrive as a separate delivery. Which they did a few days later. The basins are beautiful. Great service from Finostone.

Great website fast delivery kept you informed of delivery not use bath yet as not having a complete refurbish bathroom so still in box for next couple of months but fast free delivery and friendly delivery men
