Excellent product! Looked everywhere for a reasonably priced, sturdy, hardwearing bath caddy shelf. Found the beautiful stone one, and with the built in ipad/phone stand is great. The extra wide width makes it perfect for even larger & freestanding baths.

We ordered a stone white seat for our bathroom. The product is of the highest quality and looks very stylish. From my first enquiry email, communication with the company has been excellent. Harris dealt with our order and his customer service was outstanding. Our order arrived in excellent condition; packaged effectively and protected in a box. Bought two basins. Both started leaking soon after installing. Had to change them, paid the plumber twice etc.
Customer services said they were refunding “that day” four times already. Still no refund. They seem friendly but at the end of the day poor product and poor customer service.

This is great company. Why ? From first point of contact to delivery to after sales I spoke to a team that could not be more helpful. No waiting on hold and even texted me regularly to keep me updated. They held the order until my fitter was ready and it was delivered bang on time. The product (freestanding stone bath, taps, shelf and other accessories) are amazing quality and incredible value for money. I really cannot praise Fino Stone more highly.
