Our fireplace was delivered within a week of ordering

Product is great as describe and I am happy with shipping, handling on time.

Overall it was a very good experience. The only challenge was getting information on product for direct vent.

I was somewhat suspect that the item would be shipped and delivered as promised. All other sites appeared to have the item but after going through their ordering process suddenly it was listed as several months out. Surprisingly my item arrived on time and in intact.

We purchased the Dimplex Revillusion 42” Weathered Concrete electric fireplace. The fireplace came quickly and was easy to install. Most realistic electric fireplace we’ve seen. Great product and great service from Fireplaces USA!

Overall ordering process was pleasant, although we received one item damaged upon arrival.

They didn't supply the items on time , after infinite number of chats it was supplied partially, and refund for the missing parts was less than it should be. Bottom line I didn't get the fireplace on time and need to spend more money to complete the missing parts. Not recommended business

The purchase went smoothly and delivery was very fast. However, I needed to return the fireplace as it did not meet my needs.
This is where the rating dropped. It took 3 phone calls to have the return shipping label sent via email, despite being told on the previous 2 calls that it would be sent the next day. The second call was actually initiated by the company, calling to verify that I truly Wanted to return the item, not exchange it for a different item.

Great responsive service. Sent the fireplaces on time as promised. The first was stolen off my driveway, and fireplaces worked with UPS to do the replacement.

Absolutely love the look of our new fireplace! We converted our gas fireplace to an electric one and this one exceeds our expectations when it comes to quality and aesthetics. It has several options available for customizing the flames and colors which really adds to the ambiance experience! Fast shipping and competitive pricing. A+! Will purchase from again!

The online customer service was polite and informative. The service helped us to find a stove to fit our specifications.
The shipping was fast once we had ordered and paid. However, during the shipping the black paint had been chipped and scraped off along one whole edge of the stove, but not dented or damaged in any other way. Rather that ship it back, we bought special black stove paint and sprayed a new coating over that whole edge. We haven’t tried our new stove yet because it hasn’t yet been installed.

I was actually hesitant to buy such a big purchase online, but after doing my due diligence I decided to buy from Fireplaces USA and I'm glad I did. Everything from placing my orfer to delivery was better than expected. Do not hesitate to purchase from them. I'm thankful!

I ordered the ember media kit for Amantii electric fireplace. Ordering was fast and easy. There was an issue with the tracking number, but Fireplaces USA support was quick to reply and send an updated tracking number to me. Delivery was not delayed. I would definitely recommend!
