Amazing customer service and great quality products.

Just got my poi. They were shipped quickly (used the eu site). Fine quality for the low price.
But I just have to say the customer service was absolutely impeccable.

I don't often leave reviews but on various occasions that I have contacted Fire Toys to request support or information, the team have been fantastic! It means I can order from them with full confidence in their products and their customer service. I'd certainly recommend the company to other business owners or aerial enthusiasts.

Grate products, grate customer service.

There was a problem with the delivery company, Firetoys was very helpful and kindly, they replied qukly at every mail and did everything to solve the problem! Mine was an internetional shipment (to Italy).

Accidentally ordered something. Called in and talked to a really nice guy and no issues refunding and stopping shipments. Also I mention the crash mats have been sold out for ages and he explained why and when they would be back and even said there might be one available if I needed one asap. I decided to wait but really impressed with their care. Only thing is I wish they were on humm payments as what I need is quite expensive

Great customer service, quality products, fast shipping, lightning-fast responsiveness. They receive an A+ on all counts. I was initially worried when I saw that my shipment was arriving from Gatwick via DHL but shockingly the tracking details showed that everything was arriving EARLY and much sooner than the expected shipping estimate as well. Everything was well-packaged with detailed instructions and tips. The delivery process was seamless and the courier even called me directly upon arrival. The customer service team via email was exceptionally responsive and accommodating with a last-minute order change, and were able to process another order with zero delay time at all.

I did some price shopping before making my final purchases at Firetoys and I am very glad I did. I was pleased that for the price of the products I could rely on the hundreds of positive reviews and solid return/exchange policy, as well as the accommodating and kind customer service. I will certainly be making future purchases here and recommending Firetoys to other aerialists.

Bought an aerial sling for my daughter's birthday, came super quick and lovely quality product. Had a couple of issues with it, and the team were super helpful and responsive in every way, Zoe was particularly great. Would not hesitate to buy from them again, and we have recommended their products to several of my daughter's friends.

I bought a led hulahoop and it’s really beautiful, and resistant. I had a problem with the remote, and they were quick to solve it and amazing with me, I absolutely recommend Firetoys , not only for the product itself but also for the amazing costumer service!

Their products might be great, as the reviews make it seem, but I can't tell you because the item I ordered 19 days ago has yet to arrive. I don't understand how their shipping process can be so horrendous. My shipping experience started with an email with a USPS tracking number and a link to a third party e-commerce management system (PARCLL) with its own tracking. The implication in the order is that this is a US-to-US shipment. Then after 3 days of limbo in a "Processing" status, the status finally changes to "picked up by shipping partner, usps awaiting item". Why in the heck, another 3rd party is involved is beyond me for a domestic shipment is beyond me but I digress. Then I waited 10 days with the shipment in this status and finally contacted Firetoys about the missing shipment and they responded by saying that they would reship that day and I would quickly receive new tracking info. This did not happen. I called the following day and was told that they would look into it. I finally emailed and got an apologetic response with a new tracking number. Incidentally the status of the original shipment switched to "returned" with this strange note: "Oversea return parcels check in". This is a domestic shipment, two weeks after I placed my order, and from the notes it appears that it was dispatched from Jamaica, NY and tried to go overseas to get to me, in the US via some shipping partner called "YunExpress". So here I am, 20 days after making this order and I have a new USPS tracking number, communicated to me 4 business days ago, and I wonder if you can guess what the status of the package is? That's right, USPS is awaiting the package, which was picked up apparently in Jamaica, NY by international shipping partner YunExpress. How can sending a small item a few US states away be so miserably complex? 🤯🤬

Updated to add that the item did eventually arrive and after the explanation and other measures taken by Firetoys I understand the unusual circumstances this time and plan to try them again in the future.

Great products and great fair prices. Not only do you know you can trust firwtoys products (both own branded and external brands) but you can always trust there reviews , blogs and videos to make using your new kit as easy as possible.

I buy from firetoys because when it comes to circus and aerial kit you want a company you can trust with products that you can rely on. I havent found better in the UK yet.

I was looking at buying a set of fire poi's and came across FireToys on google, the prices are decent and they had a good range of items so I decided to ordee some from thwm. The order was lost in transit by FedEx, however the customer service team were excellent and helped me get in contact with FedEx and locate the parcel. Great company, just a shame about the slight hiccup with FedEx, however this was not in anyway FireToys fault, they responded quickly to my email and the lost parcel was found.

The best circus equipment suppliers. I've been using firetoys equipment for years. Good quality, good prices and AMAZING costumer service. Special thanks to Hannah who helped me with trapeze replacement. I love you guys.

I’ve ordered 3 items from Firetoys, delivery was very quick and the products are quality, my son loves them. I will be ordering again, great Christmas ideas for the kids, who wouldn’t want to learn to spin a plate or Diablo.
