Absolutely Brilliant – Highly Recommended!
I’ve used Oddballs Juggling many times over the years and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of their juggling equipment is fantastic, with something to suit everyone from complete beginners right through to professional performers.
What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice to make sure you get the right equipment for your needs. Their after-care is also excellent,it’s reassuring to know that they genuinely care about their customers even after the sale.

Sorted a messy order without the usual runaround

Wow. Where do I start.

**TL;DR — Fantastic customer service.**

You find out what a shop is really like when something goes wrong. With delivery issues, a lot of online retailers just say sorry, nothing they can do, it’s the courier’s fault.

That was my situation after ordering two items from Oddballs. Next-day delivery missed the window. I sent a polite email, fully expecting that reply.

They came back quickly, stayed friendly, and never once blamed the courier. Just: these things happen — and they sorted it.

Then I opened the parcel and realised I’d ordered the wrong size. Two purple and black suede thuds, both the wrong weight. So the delivery issue was now mixed up with a return and a replacement. That combo usually turns into a nightmare.

I apologised for the mess. They told me how to send the return (postage on me, fair enough, my gaff), and said once it landed they’d send the right ones and only get in touch if anything extra was owed.

Took the stress out of it and just handled it.

They are the exact reason I buy direct from them.

I am super sad. I received for my birthday a LED STAFF but only one of the 2 led lights worked so I asked the company to sent me a new led. Now 2 months later i am still waiting and for it and they don't even want to pay the shipping costs to send it to Portugal even though its not my fault that it was broken en after 2 moths waiting the minimum they could do is pay for the shipping but somehow they don't want. All i desire is to try out my bday gift since 2 months

Every single time I have ordered from this company online, I have been told several days after I have ordered, that at least one (normally more) of the items are now out of stock. This always results in my order being shipped significantly later than when it was meant to.

I placed a large order with OddBalls on December 10th, worth over 150 Euro. The delivery time was supposed to be 5 working days, by Christmas nothing had arrived, and I never received a tracking number.

Customer service was slow to respond and couldn’t confirm whether the order was even shipped. I requested a refund, but so far, there has been no reply. Very disappointing experience — poor communication and no reliability.

I was guaranteed a refund, collection was organised, however the tracking record shows that my return was rejected and returned to sender. After 2 weeks I don't have the items I ordered nor do I have a refund. Crooks, thief's and scams, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a set of 10 pyramid juggling balls and a bag, not for juggling but for our cornhole game. Arrived swiftly and they were exactly what we were looking for.

I've done a few orders with them in the past, but with a recent one they really went the extra mile to make sure something arrived in time for a performance. Thank you so much!

My go-to for juggling kit and circusy toys

Made about 4 orders from Oddballs including juggling kit, a unicycle and some other toys and books. Always arrived perfectly. Do recommend

Ordered a cheap diabolo set for my son, unfortunately arrived without the sticks, which may have been lost in the post. No problems getting another set sent out though, would order from them again!

Couldn’t work out how to fix the LED kit to the hurricane diabolo and contacted them via email in the evening. Had a phone call back from Alex the following morning and he was so helpful and talked me through it. Excellent customer service, he was so patient and also gave tips on how to maintain the diabolo. Fantastic quality and great pricing.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient service over the phone. Lovely stock, and a real pleasure to order from them. As I was ordering, they gave some juggling tips and ideas, which were useful.
