I booked a bus for my son’s birthday party and it never showed up. I called to confirm the day before the event and was told everything was all set. When the bus didn’t arrive I called every phone number possible, including the emergency contact for day of issue, and was not able to get through to anyone. I left multiple voicemails and still have not heard back. I had 40 people stranded and had to find an alternate way to the event with less than 2 hours to do so. Wouldn’t recommend.

Booked a school bus with company - for a school field trip.
The planned agenda was for 47 students to be picked up at one location. The school bus did not show at planned time. ONE hour late.
Me, the customer, had to call and track down someone to help figure out where the bus was. Dispatch was able to send a different bus, but it sounds like the originally planned bus never even left the bus depot.
This made all the students late for their planned field trip day which caused headaches at our destination.

Their team was easy to work with. Drivers were prompt and took good care of our guests.

Our driver was amazing. Great control of the bus, very patient, and got everyone to our after party on time and safe. We will definitely recommend your company to our network.

The bus was about 15 -20 minutes late. I had to call the dispatcher to make sure they were still coming. Dispatch was semi-helpful but not friendly.

We used your bus service for 2 days for our daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding. The service was outstanding, on time and exactly where I needed them to be. First Charter Bus Rental was great to work with. We used this company for transporting our guests to and from our wedding venue. They were good with communication prior to the event. They arrived on time and the busses were in great shape.

After calling a few different bus companies, I found the company to be the most reasonable in pricing. They had my date available, and I was able to book and hold my available date with a credit card.
Had a little bit of difficulty with communication by phone? Phone calls would drop if you try to hold on for someone to answer, but when leaving my number someone always got back to me within the day.
After booking the trip, I was waiting for my confirmation email. I Was not aware that my confirmation was going to take days to get to me, so I was a little nervous. But after someone called me back, and explained it takes a few business days, my mind was at ease when I received my email.
A few days before the trip, the money was taken from my account, and then I waited for the bus to arrive on the day of our trip.
One thing i think would be helpful, I was hoping there was a follow up email in between booking and the bus arriving?
But all turned out well when Jesus arrived at my house. He was wonderful and made our trip even better than we could’ve imagined! He was friendly and personable and put us at ease. He was a very safe driver took care of getting us to where we needed to be timely. He made us a feel very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this bus company for any trips:events you are planning. All in all, a great experience.
