I didn't believe Daniel when he told us that we needed new logs until the one he was holding spontaneously cracked in two. Ha! We got a new logs set- everyone was easy to work with and we encountered no problems. Our fireplace area was left clean and now everything works!

The tech was knowledgeable and helpful! Did a once over the system found that it was a bad switch replaced then cleaned everything. It was a true pleasure.

The technician was on time, friendly, showed me different options at different price points online, instructed me on the best use and maintenance of my fireplace that was new to me, and went beyond the call of duty to remove old parts and haul them away. He had good advice style and function wise. We love our updated fireplace! First Rate job!

Eliminated most of gas smell but left the logs arranged in a very artificial way and suggested that was the way to minimize smell. Looked odd and also little flame touched the logs so minimal heat was generated. Looked nothing like the original installation.

Great experience with this company. They fixed all our chimneys. Dedicated staff and technicians. I have already recommended them to my neighbors!
