We have used first point logistics on a couple of occasions now for large scale NHS England projects. Customer service was very friendly, we very much appreciated how responsive the team were and how adaptable they were at short notice when the courier routes were changing. The courier service was great, everything was delivered on time and live updates were given via email which was reassuring when we had a tight delivery deadline for this project. Would recommend.
