Awful company & experience. Brought a car through them on 20th March. The car came with a mechanical fault which caused an accident and I am now left with £4300 worth of damage. First response paid for the mechanical fault but have refused to pay for the damage caused by the failure despite a report stating the fault 10 mins before the crash, my insurance company confirming it was a mechanical fault, 2 witnesses to the crash and a mechanics report stating the fault highly likely caused the accident.

Despite all the evidence they are still making us have to go through to the ombudsman leaving us with a damaged car for months for a case they can not possibly win.

Absolutely amazing company. Although I had an issue with a dealership they were absolutely great, got my money refunded very promptly with no charges etc. Every staff member I spoke to was brilliant, very friendly professional and helpful. I would definitely reccomend this company and would use again.
