I got my finance sorted and now they will not leave me alone. I’m bombarded by texts and calls trying to sell me more finance. I have asked them repeatedly to stop and they don’t. No option to stop texts in the messages, which is against the law. Reported to the ICO (for all that will do).

This company hounded you to get finance approved. Lied about paying my dealer and added things to my package without consulting me first just said “ we will be adding 4 year platinum warranty and paint protection.” Customer service is poor and rather condescending. I am now trying to get my agreement unwound as managed to get my vehicle with a better provider and cheaper monthly payments and they are dragging it out and been rather rude questioning why i am cancelling, which under UK Law i am not obligated to provide may i add. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Will be reporting to financial obudsman service as well as my already filed formal complaint with lendor and customer service.

If there is an issue with your car they will blatantly ignore you and leave you with a broken car!

Very poor and misleading experience.

I was told by Mohamed that my finance application had been accepted, which led me to proceed and pay a deposit on a vehicle. However, I was later declined by multiple lenders, meaning the finance had not actually been approved.

I relied on the information provided and would not have moved forward or paid any deposit if I had been given an accurate picture from the start.

This caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience, and I am now having to try and recover money based on incorrect information given at the point of application.

I would strongly advise others to ensure finance is fully confirmed before acting on anything they are told.
