Horrible Omni centre. Girl told me i had to wait 2 hours until my turn when i booked at APPOINTMENT! What are appointments for? Her mother?

booked twice online both times went around and they were closed , Wednesday one time and Thursday next ,no phone call or email, ballyfermot firststop , went else where, will continue to go else where in future

Left my car in for tyres and a service, the lads were very helpful and had my car ready within a few hours. They went above and beyond and did a great job!!!!

I have just being to first stop Tallaght the square branch and the manager cathal is great lad to deal with he explained all that needed to be done with car and gave me a price to get it fixed which I taught was fair so they fixed it there for me ..I left very happy and car is perfect again ..thanks very much cathal and the lads …..des Kernan

Booked my car in for pre NCT test.
They told me I needed new exhaust and many other things. The cost came to 700 euro. I took my car away paid 160 euro and passed my NCT. This is not the first time they have tried to do me. Would not recommend them to anybody. They should be investigated trying to scam people especially women on there own.

Total con artists and scammers.
I brought a car in to Omni Santry have a puncture repaired. Very busy said the manager, it'll be about 45 mins. I said I'd wait in the office Then the manager wanted the locking nut, which I gave to him. I went out to see the car and the repair guy taking the wheel off the car. He then took the tyre off the wheel.
What are you doing I asked, I only want a puncture repaired. No we dont use plugs here he said. We patch the tyre from the inside. Much better job he said. He pulled a screw out of the tyre. Then.he took the tyre in the back and went to work with a whizzing tool. You need a new tyre I.was then told by the manager. €100 for a cheapie or €145 for a like for like. I opted for the €145.
I have had numerous punctures fixed over the years and every time, except this time, it was the same procedure. They pull out the nail or screw and put a plug in the patch it up. I have been scammed out of €135.
Avoid this place at all costs. They're not there to repair a puncture, they're there to scam you and massively upsell you things you dont need.

Incompetent. Booked online a service. (ES333499)
and they called me 2 days later that they had no time and said I have not appointment.

Buying and fitting tyres with them costed me:
1. eur 22 for new set of bolt nut caps - they lost 3 of them and when I spoke to them they mentioned they put it back, but I should've checked they sit tight so I don't lose them
2. eur 40 for wheel balancing in another shop after fitting, as per report, 3 out of 4 wheels were bad and 4th one was acceptable but not as it should be 1week after fitting. The whole car was vibrating at 105+ kph and they didn't even came back to me if they can balance these again and properly.
3. Not to mention they overpumped the wheels so that the car is jumping and missteering on the highway as if it's not Audi but who knows what
4. After this, the fact that the tyres I ordered from them were not in stock when I arrived on time of my booking, doesn't seem that bad. Why would you confirm an order and booking if you won't have ordered item in stock by the date of booking - is something I don't understand, but okay at the end I got generous 5.7% discount as an excuse for extra 2 hours waiting for them to get the tyres ordered.
