Complete scam. Unauthorised monthly subscription charged to my PayPal causing me to go to a lot of trouble to cancel. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews on Trustpilot and will be more careful in the future. Do not go near this company and never give them any of your personal or payment details!

A FUIR ABONNEMENT ABUSIF
J'ai payé un abonnement de 3 mois à 34 euros puis un abonnement de 3 mois de 88 euros 50 a été renouvelé sans mon accord et impossible d'avoir la main sur mon abonnement pour supprimer ma carte bancaire. Il rembourse pas car la résiliation n'a pas été faite 24 heures avant le renouvellement et vous dise qu'il résilie le contrat au bout des 3 mois mais pour être sur de ne pas être encore prélevé abusivement il faut faire opposition à votre carte bancaire ou bloquer sur votre compte bancaire les achats à distance

I wish I could give them zero stars!
I got part way through the registration and changed my mind before committing . Their website used my paypal details to take unauthorised money from my account.
I had to prohibit them from taking any more money via paypal.

I signed up for the trial and did not find it to my liking. That is just a fact and I knew I paid for something I regretted buying but this is life. What I did not sign up for iws monthly recurring charges and being ignore when I requested that my account be cancelled and payment be refunded. This is not bad support, this is highway robbery

Only signed up for 1 month but was charged every month. Sent emails which were ignored. Had to resort to BLOCKING PAYMENTs BY THE BANK to prevent continual monthly payments. Bank only blocks payment for 13 months. Need to REBLOCK payment to the company ANNUALLY. AVAOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I signed up for the Chair Tai Chi. The program itself I think is marvelous. I am 72 and have not exercised in decades. I need to loose weight and have stability issues along with neouropathy. My initial cost was $19 and change for the introductory program. Reading reviews made me suspicious and I learned that I would soon be charged $49.95 a month to continue. No way would I pay that. I finally was offered a 6 month program fo $65. That I can live with since it seems to be helping. Shame that the ads on social media are other-worldly unrealistic an AI generated.

I just canceled my subscription to fit me and found out in order to cancel my subscription. I had to pay the company $21.95. I think that was just totally ridiculous. I’ve never heard of such a thing surgery.I

When I tried to cancel my subscription, the information on how to cancel was incorrect. When I contacted customer support, they are making jump through hoops to cancel. Stay away, once you subscribe you have no way of unsubscribing.

Very insensitive to people's needs.

Mais 2 semaines après mon compte est débité de 60€ !

The most user friendly step Fit-Me could take, is to send an email/ message to anyone (who’s daft enough to try out their product after reading all these negative, damning reviews…) reminding them that the introductory period is about to end. At this point you would not be surprised when sums are taken from your bank account, or you could enthusiastically wait for the next instalment of their product on payment of the monthly fee. Fit- Me are super quick off the mark to pillage your bank account and deduct large amounts. To be fair they are quite polite when you do actually cancel your subscription. I fear this, in my opinion, is a cynical ploy on their part to take our money hostage with no intention of reimbursing the hapless “customer”. Ethically - off the scale in my book. DON’T BE TEMPTED TO TRY THIS SITE OUT - It WILL inevitably COST you MORE than you EVER anticipated.

Very dangerous site.
Once they get a payment, they charge later other payments without autorisation.
They made it to me twice in the past 6 months. I managed to be rembursed by my bank.
But today they charged me again.
They always commit themselves not to do it again! But they do again and again.
Site to avoid.

I tried the Tai chi and it wasn't for me but I try and try to cancel and still get recurring charges. I have not used the app in months. They are awful-don't fall for it if you are unsure. JOIN A GYM-it's cheaper per month.

I never signed up for this. Never downloaded an app. Yet 46.64 euros was taken out of my checking account.

I paid for a month...they let me free only for 2 days and the locked me ....after an email i sent...the app unlocked for 5 days and suddenly locked again ....dont trust ..and stay away !

Their conduct is very poor. After charging my card, I was never given access to the app or the program. While trying to cancel the subscription, they charged me an additional month (€46,64), and the cancellation process took me over 2 hours. I have paid a total of more €90 for no service at all. They are extremely unprofessional. Please be cautious! I am considering asking a refund.

Had a very pleasant experience with FitMe.As an 84 year old who is not in the best of health or fit.Out of breath doing the simplest of chores even with my pace maker.
Two months with FitMe and could walk up steepish
hills and do most jobs around the house without getting too breathless.Thank you FitMe.Keep up the good work.

C'est une arnaque ! Les vidéos sont en anglais. Elles ne servent pas à grand chose (pas de perte de poids) et surtout votre compte bancaire est débité tous les mois suivants de 46€. Il y a un abonnement sans qu'on s'en rende compte 😡 même si vous n'allez jamais plus sur l'application Fitme. Comme c'est aux USA il y a même des frais bancaires de 2,26 € qui sont débités de votre compte tous les mois. Il a fallu que je fasse opposition à ma carte bancaire pour arrêter cet abonnement et espérer être remboursé. Sur le site de Fitme on peut aussi résilier l'abonnement mais c'est assez compliqué à trouver.

DO NOT SIGN UP FREE OR OTHERWISE. Tricked me into subscription. Subscription hidden. Could only find how to cancel using ChatGPT. Underhand billing and how its hidden to cancel it. I've asked for refund - doubt I'll hear from them.
