Slow delivery, Thought I was ordering in a premium website, but just a very slow delivery process. ordered on Friday, check the tracking number on Tuesday, and Royal mail are waiting for the parcel still. Never again!

Great shop. I ordered a couple of times from them and always had a good experience. They always dispatch orders very quickly which is a bonus.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied... one jar of jam was open and one bar was also open, plus the short expiry dates of the jams for which I paid the normal price. I wrote an e-mail, no one responded, it was my last purchase from this company, I do not recommend it!!!

Visited the Crawley branch at the weekend and the member of staff there was super knowledgeable and gave myself and my partner great advice. Thanks so much!

High recommend!! Really🙂👍 I'm very happy TOP company always great service. I will back.

A shop that has just what you need. There are no unnecessary items on the shelves. If into health and being responsible for your well being, then on the whole it will be found here. Also you can shop online. They are poor in an online chat, but reliable to respond via e - mail. There is a shop within a fifty mile radius from where you live. Do your HOMEWORK first then go and visit.

Would definitely reorder from website but wouldn’t buy from Shirley Rd shop in Southampton very overpriced

I’ve ordered collagen and few other bits and still haven’t received anything. More than week ago they said the parcel was dispatched and I am still waiting. I didn’t pay for express delivery but even with that how it can take so long to deliver an items in the same country.

Extremely quick dispatch and delivery, everything perfectly safe and the products are just great! For sure I will come back for more!

Great product great delivery

Received wrong order.
Recieved broke item.
Recieved 10x which was already opened.

Quick and easy ordering. When my item was out of stock they got in contact quickly and resolved the issue with ease! The product was packaged and delivery very well and earlier than expected! Products are tasty and easy to use/make up! 100% will be back and signing up to the loyalty card!

All good, very quick 😁
Very good contact with sales and amazing products
