I paid 4500 CZK for a week's food.
Driver failed to ring my doorbell bell and I received no emails. (I was at home the whole time)

I email them and they call me. No refund offered.

It's not a company I would recommend working with. What a terrible first impression.

They can't even keep a track of their money, I got charged for a skipped delivery, to which I paid in cash. And they keep on sending me the invoice saying that I need to pay. When a company can't keep a track of their employees you know something is wrong

I keep having my food for eveyday since 3 months from FitKitchen-Prague. For the price and the taste it is one of the best in Prague and I was happy with it. But I realized that they are not adding the days which I canceled before I go to holidays and they were saying that it will be added... Because of this reason I canceled my membership for the next month than I received a text message like "what
we gonna do with this food now..." Actually I am the victim here because I have 1 extra week which I need to have delivery but I faced with this weird message... Very rude and unprofessional.

The food is good. Poor customer experience on the other hand. I live in a big building with multiple Fitchkitchen deliveries and was accused of taking someone else's box along with mine. Then one time due to Fitkitchen's error my food was delivered a day later and they made me pay additional 50 crowns for delivery. Very low but there's no alternative in Prague. Customer service on the phone is friendly.
