Woeful. Took money then did nothing but send me marketing emails! Ordered a Garmin watch strap. Received order confirmation email but no shipping confirmation. Chased merchant several times via email (their only listed contact option) but no response within a month (despite claiming 24 hour response time). However they did manage to send me tons of marketing emails that simply served to wind me up given their lack of response! Arranged chargeback via credit card company. Total waste of time/effort. Suggest you shop elsewhere.

I wrote to the company twice to tell them that the fitstrap was faulty.
I had no reply
I had no apology
I had no replacement

I had delivered a strap that was the wrong colour and for the wrong watch so tried to organise for it to be swopped over.
4 emails with no response.
Ended up sending it back as it was useless to me and after a proof of delivery photo still awaiting refund and still no response.

Wish I had read the reviews first before placing a repeat order. Assumed the quality would be as good as previous orders. Within 4 hours of fitting the strap it completely snapped and fell off my wrist. I have now sent 3 emails and not had a reply to any of them..
Very much doubt I will hear back from them.
Will not be using them ever again.

Ordered two black straps for a Garmin 5s. Supplied with two turquoise ones. Am now on third e-mail to them regarding correct supply as I ordered. Zero response from them. Customer service is disgraceful. Web site claims response to e-mail in 24hrs. Rubbish.
Do not use them.

Brought 2 straps. Both lovely but one was clearly faulty before package was even opened. No response from the company re a replacement or refund. I’ve emailed, FB messengered them and on Instagram. Nothing. No response. Would not recommend purely for their customer service after sales responses which is non existent.

Absolute scam. Ordered two straps, received one. The company has completely ignored my multiple emails about it, not sent the item or given a refund. Complete joke. I'm so angry they have just stolen £28 from me.

The strap didn’t fit my watch and I emailed the company several times but never got a response.

I ordered a strap for my Garmin Instinct 2. 6 days later I received a strap for a Garmin Fenix! The package has a large label saying Fenix. I have complained but the response to customer service is as poor as their ability to properly fulfil orders as I still await any kind of response. Meanwhile I get offers to buy multiple straps at a discount (presumably if you buy enough one might fit?) and self adoration messages where the owner proudly proclaims his achievement in establishing his wonderful business. I don't think so!
I would avoid at all costs!

Ordered strap - delivered and fitted great but lasted less than 2 weeks! Not as flexible as genuine fitbit so just snapped on the holes!
Have tried to contact them to report as per address on website and helpdesk email but they do not answer.
Do not recommend.

This company are to be avoided. Didn't send my order, won't communicate. I have had to use my bank to claim my money back. Avoid rhem

I ordered a new strap which has never arrived. An incomplete tracking number was eventually sent. This company did not respond to emails or phone calls. I would have rated it no stars if I could.
Do not use this company!!!

Something has obviously gone very wrong with this company. Have ordered 3 times in past 3 years and only ever had a problem with one wrong strap which was replaced within a few days.
Recently though I've found that after a while the restraining loops on the band frequently break off and the band keeps detaching from the watch, despite the website saying they are always safe!
Went to make an order this week using reward points that had accumulated but the reward scheme is nowhere to be found on the website.
Have now found another company offering a bigger range at cheaper prices so will order there in future!

As always, great service.

These straps are not the genuine article even though their website makes you think that they are. They are not fit for purpose as they will break within 2 months. Save your money and get them cheaper elsewhere. They will ignore all your correspondence and refuse to refund or replace faulty goods.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

You pay top dollar thinking that you are getting genuine fitbit straps and all you get are cheap nasty items that are not fit for purpose.
Don't expect your item to last beyond 6 months! You can get the same quality as these from another site which accommodates the selling of cheap nasty stuff and it will cost a fraction of what these robbers charge and it will last you just as long.
Save your hard earned money and don't buy from these

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 sets out the rights of consumers in the UK, ensuring goods and services are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

So why is this company getting away with continually sending customers' - whose money they have taken - items which they have not ordered and/or are not as described, and refusing to rectify their fault? These thieves need investigating and prosecuting.
