AVOID! I ordered a strap 2 weeks ago - now due (on their tracking) that it will be another 10 days to arrive. No mention that this is sent from Netherlands and thge delay in dleivery. I have a Fitbit and no strap so I cannot wear it!@!!!

Would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered 3 watch straps on 21st March, still not received anything. Have emailed 3 times asking for an update and been totally ignored. They basically took my money and then ignored me. Terrible. Have had to request a refund from my bank as they haven’t even had the decency to refund me. Scammers.

Bought three straps for my Fenix 7 pro solar, read online that the Fenix 7 straps are suitable. Received one strap in the mail for a Fenix 6 but not received 2 of the straps I ordered. Heard nothing back from fit straps yet. Tried to stall my review to give them time to sort this but no response yet. Will update if the issue is resolved.

Buying a band for a Charge 6. FitStraps used to offer flexible cloth bands. NOT Plastic!
All I could find were leather bands, and very short ones at that.
This was very disappointing.
Why the reduction in range?

Update: 29.04.25 : I received notification from my bank this morning that Fitstraps had contested the dispute I raised despite the item never having been dispatched, there being no proof of delivery, and there being no acknowledgement of my many attempts to contact them about the item I ordered. Once again, avoid this business at all costs, it is a sham to grift you out of your money!

Business is a sham! Bought a replacement strap for my Fitbit in March and it still hasn't arrived after repeated chasing up. Much like all of the recent 1-star reviews on here, I only wished that I'd checked Trust pilot before buying so that I could have anticipated the disappointment. I contacted my bank and raised a dispute over the transaction which is ongoing. All in all, a huge waste of time and energy! Heed the warning and avoid this business at all costs.

I wish I had checked this before ordering! it's been more than 6 weeks I ordered two straps using their fake promotion and still haven't recevied mt order!!!
There is no phone or anything in their website! I have sent multiple emails and nothing!

Didn't get my package even after 3 emails

Haven't received my purchase. No response to my email enquiring about my order. Order placed 11 days ago, but the royal mail hasn't yet received my parcel. Fearing this is a scam. Wouldn't use this retailer again.

Placed an order for a watch strap on 17.03.25. order confirmed by email. Second email said I would soon get tracking information. I contacted company when this did not happen. No response from the company. Despite sending them a number of emails. Appalling company, About to contact my credit card company . DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I HAVE WASTED HOURS TRYING TO SORT THIS OUT.

Shocking customer service. Same issue as others - returned item and due a refund, which has not been forthcoming, and now being ghosted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Watch strap ordered on 2 Feb, tracking status has not updated. Strap not delivered. Reported to customer service on 10 Feb. Offered duplicate strap but never sent by Fitstraps. Have sent 5 emails since (Feb, Mar) to customer service and no response. Have asked my bank to seek a refund.

I paid for 2 straps on 6 March. No goods have been received. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions via email, messenger and phone (strangely just a mobile number that a guy answered and when he realised I wanted Fitstraps just kept saying “hello”). I have not received any response.
I called my bank re the transaction and they informed me the company had registered my payment as a reoccurring monthly payment. Be careful folks and check your bank!
The bank has raised a dispute on my behalf but this can easily be done on your banking app by clicking on the specific transaction and the help button beneath it.

Watch strap ordered on 10 March, tracking status has not updated. 3 emails since and reached out on social with no reply or acknowledgement (despite website saying all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours). Will be going through my bank to seek a refund.

Ordered two watch straps from Fitstraps Uk, with expedited delivery. One watch strap arrived on time, although it was a completely different colour to the product image displayed on the website (light blue and navy are two completely different colours). The second strap never arrived in the package. This was now weeks ago, and after several emails sent - no one has replied. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I was sent the wrong strap in the wrong colour. I have emailed a number of times and have heard nothing back. Really poor quality service. give it a miss.I am currently out of pocket and the service dept says just send in the strap and we may pay you back!

I ordered 3 Fitbit straps from this website in January. One strap arrived after almost a week, but the colour was wrong. When I complained, another two straps were sent but these were skinny instead of the regular width I had ordered. Andy was very slow to reply to emails but eventually agreed a refund if I returned the straps. I returned all 3 together on 16th Feb. Needless to say I still haven't gotten my refund, 5 weeks later. I've emailed Andy 4 times since then and he hasn't replied. Absolutely terrible experience.

I’m still waiting for my item, this seems a little excessive

I ordered a strap for my Garmin watch have never seen the strap and they didn’t even reply to my email really bad customer service

My order hasn't arrived. I have emailed them 3 times now. Even replying to an email that said "we hope you're enjoying your purchase" I have had no response to any of them. Quite annoyed that this company can take your money and not deliver the things you have paid for.
I put a claim in via my bank and they refunded the transaction in 10 minutes and sent me a letter about the refund given and scam/fraud. AVOID

This company is a scam, I placed an order with expected delivery to be 3days later. Nothing has arrived and all my messages and emails have been ignored despite it saying I should receive a response within 24hours. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
